からの検出信号により車速が所定値以下であるこ
とを判断する低速判断手段と、前記アクセル開度
検出センサからの検出信号によりアクセル開度が
ほぼ全閉状態であることを判断するアクセル全閉
判断手段と、前記セレクト位置検出センサからの
検出信号によりニユートラルあるいはパーキング
以外のポジシヨンが選択されていることを判断す
るセレクト位置判断手段と、前記低速判断手段と
アクセル全閉判断手段とセレクト位置判断手段と
からの信号により車速が所定値以下でかつアクセ
