Claims (1)
- 複数枚の薄いセラミツク製ドーナツ状円盤を、
一枚を共通に、少なくともその一部に傾斜面を持
たせて二枚づつ、その外周端と内周端とを交互に
、外周端を内周面に穿設したリングに、内周端を
外周端に溝を穿設したリングに嵌合して可撓体を
構成し、該可撓体を周面に溝を穿設したリングに
よつてダクトのフランジに取り付けたことを特徴
とするセラミツクダクトの締結構造。
