Therefore, the lowering of the movable base plate 10 is prevented by the contact between the adjustment pin 19 and the bottom of the adjustment hole 17b. Therefore, the vertical position of the movable base plate 10 (and the vertical position of the heat block 4 attached thereto) is determined by the depth of the adjustment hole.

As explained above, according to the adjustment device of the prior application, the height of the heat block can be quickly and easily adjusted accurately without requiring a large force or using separate tools or measuring instruments. Excellent practical effects can be obtained. However, as a result of repeated practical tests and research using the device of the prior application, the present inventor encountered the following technical problem. That is, in the example shown in FIG. 3, the shuttle rails 2 and the heat blocks 4 are provided in four rows, so if it is desired to accurately adjust the parallelism and spacing between these two members, the adjusting means must be moved to Y as shown in the figure. Two adjustment means must be provided in parallel in the axial direction, and a plurality of adjustment means must also be provided in a direction perpendicular to the paper plane (X-axis direction) in FIG. 3.

部材を設け難い場合が少なくない。 Providing such a large number of adjustment means would require a lot of adjustment work and would complicate the structure, so it is desirable to be able to perform precise adjustment with a single adjustment device. To this end, it is sufficient to provide an adjusting device along the vertical axis zz, which is approximately in the center (does not have to be exactly at the center) in both the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction. However, in the actual preheating mechanism, z-z near the center
In many cases, there are other attached devices near the shaft, making it difficult to provide a member for manual operation.

The present invention is intended to provide a height adjusting device for a heat block in which a manual operation member can be disposed around the heat block.

In order to achieve the above object, the adjusting device of the present invention has an IC preheating mechanism in which a heat block is supported so as to face a chute that slides and transports an IC and maintains a predetermined clearance with respect to the IC. The chute is fixed to a fixed member, a guide shaft is fixed to the heat block, a bearing member for slidably supporting the guide shaft is attached to the fixed member, and a movable base is fixed to the guide shaft. Attaching the original gear to the moving base and providing manual rotation means for the original gear, and
A receiving gear is rotatably locked relative to the fixed member and sliding in the thrust direction is supported, and the receiving gear is meshed with the original gear, and the shaft of the receiving gear is connected to the moving base. on the surface where the side face of the received gear and the surface of the moving base face each other, along an arc centered on the gear axis on one of the facing faces. , while installing a plurality of adjustable legs having different lengths,
a contact portion is provided on the other of the opposing surfaces;
The abutting portion is configured to face and abut one of the plurality of adjusting legs as the receiving gear rotates, and further, the movable base is moved in a direction in which the abutting portion is pressed by the adjusting leg. It is characterized by providing a biasing spring means.
