準にして、該キヤビテイ部分に、前記凹部の上流
側に位置させて該凹部にその底部近傍に亘つて連
通するガイド溝を形成したことを特徴とする反応

位置させて該凹部にその底部近傍に亘つて連通す
る第２ガイド溝を形成し、該ガイド溝の底部を下
流側に向つて深くなる形状に形成したことを特徴
