Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 板状の一般部にボス部を穿設した合成樹脂製
品を反応射出成形する成形型であつて、前記一般
部を成形する成形型のキヤビテイ部分に前記ボス
部を成形する凹部を形成するものにおいて、前記
キヤビテイ部分における合成樹脂の流れ方向を基
準にして、該キヤビテイ部分に、前記凹部の上流
側に位置させて該凹部にその底部近傍に亘つて連
通するガイド溝を形成したことを特徴とする反応
射出成形型。 ２ 前記キヤビテイ部分に、前記凹部の下流側に
位置させて該凹部にその底部近傍に亘つて連通す
る第２ガイド溝を形成し、該ガイド溝の底部を下
流側に向つて深くなる形状に形成したことを特徴
とする請求項１に記載の反応射出成形型。
