Claims (1)
- 一側面に金型が取り付けられた金型取付けプレ
ートと、この金型取付けプレートの他側面側に配
設され、かつ前記金型に離間接近可能とされて、
前記金型に接触した状態で金型内に溶融樹脂を射
出する加熱シリンダとスクリユとを備えた射出ユ
ニツトと、前記金型取付けプレートの他側面より
延長され、前記射出ユニツトが摺動自在に嵌合さ
せられたガイドバーと、前記射出ユニツトと金型
取付けプレートとの間に介装されて射出ユニツト
の移動をなすフイードシリンダとを有する射出成
形機において、前記射出ユニツトと金型取付けプ
レートとの間に、これらに当接させられることに
より両者の過度の接近を防止するストツパを設け
てなり、このストツパは、筒状に形成されて前記
ガイドバーあるいはフイードシリンダに外嵌され
たストツパサポートと、このストツパサポートの
一端部側にその軸方向に移動調節可能に螺着され
たストツパ本体とを備えていることを特徴とする
堅型射出成形機。
