[Purpose of the invention] This kind of conventional device is installed in the chemical line so that the mixing ratio of water and antifreeze does not change by checking the flow meter every time the amount of aqueous chemical liquid emitted from the de-icer changes. The throttle valve is manually operated to maintain a constant concentration. However, the problem is that the worker must check the flow meter and manually operate the throttle valve, which reduces work efficiency.

[Means for solving the problem] This invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its outline is that it is equipped with a water tank and a chemical tank,
This water tank is communicated with the radiation nozzle by a water pipe through a water pump, the chemical liquid tank is communicated with the radiation nozzle by a chemical liquid pipe through a chemical pump, and the chemical liquid pump is connected by a bypass pipe. The chemical liquid conduit on the secondary side of the chemical liquid tank is in communication with the chemical liquid tank,
An opening/closing valve equipped with opening/closing driving means is interposed in this bypass conduit. A chemical flow meter is provided in the chemical liquid pipe line between the branch part and the radiation nozzle, and a water flow meter is provided in the water pipe line between the water pump and the radiation nozzle. Therefore, a computer unit is installed that can calculate the chemical mixture ratio of antifreeze and water and can change the output signal by comparing the actual chemical mixture ratio with a set mixture ratio that emits light in an optimal state according to the outside temperature. The opening/closing driving means is controlled by the output signal from this computer unit, so that even when the amount of antifreeze aqueous solution emitted from the de-icer changes, the antifreeze aqueous solution at the set mixing ratio is automatically maintained. An object of the present invention is to provide a device for mixing liquid medicine that is released.

The computer unit 17 is equipped with an alarm means 17a that issues an alarm when the difference between the actual chemical mixture ratio and the set mixing ratio exceeds a certain level and continues for a certain period of time. The computer unit 17 also includes a setting guide (for example, colored black) 17b that can arbitrarily set a set mixing ratio that specifies the mixed concentration of water and a chemical solution, and a guide (colored in black) that indicates the actual mixing state of the chemical solution at the time of irradiation. For example, colored red)1
7c is formed, and at the same time as setting the setting guideline 17b, an output signal is output from the computer unit 17 to the motor 13, and the opening/closing valve 14 is opened to a constant degree by driving the motor 13, so that the mixed chemical solution of water and antifreeze is can be radiated in an optimal manner depending on the outside temperature.

[Operation] Since the device according to this invention is as described above, when the setting guideline 17b is arbitrarily set to open the on-off valve 14 and both pumps 7 and 10 are driven, water is radiated from the water tank 5. The chemical liquid is fed under pressure through the water pipe 8 in the direction of the nozzle 9, and the chemical liquid is fed under pressure from the chemical liquid tank 6 through the chemical liquid pipe 11 into the water pipe 8.
The chemical liquid mixed water is emitted from the radiation nozzle 9. At this time, the actual chemical mixture ratio is calculated by the computer unit 17 based on the signals from both flowmeters 15 and 16, and if it is lower than the set mixing ratio, the motor 1 is operated to open the on-off valve 14.
3, and if high, open/close valve 1
A signal is issued to the motor 13 to close the on-off valve 14 when the temperature is high, and a signal is issued to the motor 13 to close the on-off valve 14, and the chemical solution is separately supplied into the drug solution conduit 11 from the bypass conduit 12. Thereby, it is possible to automatically maintain the chemical liquid mixed water so that the set mixing ratio is always maintained.
