危険があり、問題となつていた。また締付バンド
締付用のボルトを自動的に機械装置によりゆるめ
て開蓋するためには、先ずドラム缶の位置特に締
付用ボルトの位置を正確に位置ぎめする必要があ
るが、従来このための適切な装置がなかつたの
で、ドラム缶蓋開閉装置の実用化が困難であつ
た。

降駆動機9で小行程昇降させるもので、フレーム
8の上面に突設した支棒10の上端部には回転自
在のボールあるいはキヤスターなどから成るフリ
ーローラ11が取付けてある。12は搬送装置3
のフレーム3bに固設したガイド板で、ドラム缶
2の横ずれを規制するため設けるものである。ま

位置に、締付具検出装置27が設けてある。この
締付具検出装置27は、ドラム缶2の蓋31取付
用の蓋締付バンド32の両端部の締付具33aお
よび33b(締付具33と総称する。他の各部も

したアーム28の先端部に、2個の締付具33a
および33bに対向する近接スイツチから成る検
