に、接近を電気的に感知し、自動的に警報を発生
させて、クレーン事故を未然に防止するようにし
た。この警報発生手段として、警報器と、その作
動用電源となる電池、及び両者を接続する回路上
に自動スイツチを設けて、これ等を外形が適当の
形状を有する套枠内に収納し、この套枠を、上端
をクレーンのブームに取付けた所要長さを有する
ロープの下端に取付け、クレーン作業中ブームの
移動に従つて地上を移動するようにし、ブームが
電線に接近し危険状態を招いた時套枠は警報発音
を発生させる状態、即ち警報器回路を閉ぢる状態

事現場に於て送電線の高さに見合つた接近限界の
目安を示すロープ1をクレーン車2のブーム3に
取付けてブームの操作範囲を予測し、斯くてロー
プの下端に警報装置を有する套枠4を第1図に示
すように取付ける。套枠4は第2図に示すように
適当な合成樹脂で円胴型5に形成し、内方に電池
6を電源として収納し、この電池6と別に電気回
路7にて接続されるブザー8と、ブザー回路自動
切替えスイツチ9、と10とを第2図に示すよう
に設ける、スイツチ9は套枠4の上端側内方に装
置し、ロープ1を連結する環11を上端に具えた
連結杆12の下端をスイツチ9の直上に臨ませる
と共に、連結杆上に巻装したコイルばね13にて
連結杆12の下端に取付けた押圧座片14を第2
図に示すようにロープ1が弛んだ状態にある時は
圧接してスイツチ9を開いた状態を保持させるよ
うにし、これと同時に套枠4の底辺側内方に設け
たスイツチ10の直上に、底面を漏状に形成した
内腔部15を設け、この内腔部内に底面中央に設
けた開孔16の内径よりわづか大径の鐘丸17を
収納して鐘丸17が開孔16内に嵌合した時鐘丸
17の重量で真下のスイツチ10を切るように設
け、套枠4が第2図に示すように横に倒れ、ロー
プ1が弛んだ状態にある時は、鐘丸17は第2図
に示されているように内腔部15底面開孔16の
位置から横に移動し、開孔から外れているためス
イツチ10は切られた状態を保し、従てブザー回
路は開き、若しロープ1が第1図に示すようにブ
ームの起上により垂直に吊垂されるようになれ
ば、第3図に示すように、ブザー回路のスイツチ
9,10が閉成されるので警音が発生するように
なるのである。このようにロープに連結される套
枠4はロープ1の緊緩に応じてブザーを自動的に
発音させ、又発音を停止させるようにしたのであ
