Conventionally, working machines mounted on traveling carts, such as pile drivers, scrapers, concrete mixers,
When working with a drilling machine, etc., due to operator malfunction,
As shown in FIG. 3, when the working machine 2 supported by the traveling trolley 1 is displaced from the chain line position to the solid line position,
As the lower link 3 rises, a part of the frame 5 of the working machine 2 comes into contact with the power transmitting shaft 4 from the traveling truck 1 to the working machine 2, and there is a risk that the power transmitting shaft 4 will be damaged. In order to avoid accidents caused by twisting,
As shown in FIG. 4, the frame 6 of the work machine 2,
A safety link 8 is interposed between the upper link 7 which is pivotally connected to the upper link 7, and the lower link 9 is prevented from rising excessively due to operator's malfunction.
The frame 6 was designed to avoid contact with the frame 6.

In the case of the means shown in FIG. 4 described above, although the risk of damage to the power transmission shaft 10 is avoided by setting the safety link 8, Under protection, a situation occurred in which the traveling carriage 1 was driven using the safety link 8 without supplying hydraulic pressure to the operating cylinder (not shown). However, in Fig. 4, the traveling bogie 1
The respective pivot connection points of the lower link 9 and upper link 7 are j, k, and the respective pivot connection points of the upper link 7 and frame 6 side of the safety link 8 are l, p,
When the respective pivot connection points on the upper link 7 and lower link 9 sides of the frame 6 are q and r, the relay link 11, upper link 7, safety link 8, and lower link 9 are movably connected to each other. , rectangle
The shape of jkqr changes when the oil for raising the lower link 9 is removed from the working cylinder (not shown), but when the safety link 8 is movably connected to the upper link 7 at the connection point l, the square jkqr remains constant. Therefore, when the traveling bogie 1 is run using the safety link 8 without supplying oil to the operating cylinder as described above, a shock is applied in the vertical direction.
In particular, an unreasonable load is applied to both the upper link 7 and the frame 6, and there is a risk that they may be damaged, leading to an unexpected disaster. In order to avoid such unexpected disasters, it is necessary to make the upper link 7 and the frame 6 particularly strong, which inevitably results in a large expense in terms of materials.
There were problems such as the inability to maintain balance and smoothness during operation of the link mechanism as a whole.

An embodiment of this invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. The support shafts a and b installed at appropriate locations at the rear of the traveling trolley T (in FIG. 1, the left side is the front and the right side is the rear) and the A support shaft e installed in front of the frame 21 of the work machine W mounted and supported on the trolley T,
A relay link 22, an upper link 23, a safety link 24 in the middle of this upper link 23, and a lower link 25 are movably connected between d and f (which will be the connection point of each link described later. The same applies to the support shaft c below). The upper part of the safety link 24 is movably connected to a support shaft c installed in the middle of the upper link 23,
The front end of the inner circumferential edge of a cylindrical body 26 with a long hole h beyond the support shaft c and on the side of the support shaft e is fixed to the holder g of the upper link 23 by welding or other means, and the support shaft is attached to the cylindrical body 26. The front of the sliding body S in the upper link 23 on the e side is slidably and tightly fitted, and the cotter pin 27 passing through the sliding body S at the appropriate position is inserted into the elongated hole h.
At the same time, an elastic body 28 such as a compression coil spring or a disc spring is stretched in a space v in the cylindrical body 26 between the front end of the sliding body S and the rear end of the holding body g, and When the traveling trolley T travels in the absence of hydraulic pressure, vibrations and shocks to the support shaft e side can be alleviated and absorbed. Although the setting position of the bullet body 28 is not particularly limited on the upper link 23,
In between, the elastic body 28 tends to gradually reduce its restoring force due to tensile stress and lose its buffering function against vibrations and shocks. , spindles c, e
A setting between 1 and 2 is preferable. As shown in FIG. 1, the spindles d and e in the frame 21 of the working machine W can be adjusted to the length or shortness of the link by selecting one of a plurality of setting positions (indicated by chain lines) prepared in advance. It is possible to quickly adapt to the type of work machine W, etc., and by carving a screw i on the frame 21 side of the safety link 24, the screwing and fixing position of the joint piece z can be selected, and the effective length of the safety link 24 can be determined. It is adjustable.
Arrows y 1 , y 2 , and n indicate the directions in which tensile stress and compressive stress are applied to the upper link 23 and the safety link 24, respectively, when no oil is supplied to the operating cylinder. In the figure, 29 is the rear wheel of the traveling trolley T.

In this invention, when the traveling trolley T is run without oil supply to the operating cylinders, the support shafts c and e
Since the projectile body 28 is interposed between them, the tension direction (arrows y 1 , y 2 ) in the upper link 23 and the safety link 24 due to the vibration and impact of the vehicle body caused by passing through uneven surfaces on roads, work sites, etc. Upper link 23, safety link 2

Since no abnormal stress is applied to the upper link 2, destruction and damage to these members can be prevented, and especially the upper link 2
3. Since there is no need to particularly increase the strength of the safety link 24 compared to other members, there is no risk of an increase in the overall weight, and the balance of the link mechanism as a whole is well maintained during work to ensure smooth operation. Not only can it be expected to work, but only minor modifications to the existing link machine are required, which can reduce unnecessary costs. The structure itself is simple, so it can be produced robustly and inexpensively.
