ベース部に組付けられたタイヤのビード部のトウの近傍

の外表面から放射方向に出没可能な複数の突起と、該突
起を前記リムベース部の外表面から放射方向外方および
内方に出没させる出没手段と、を備え、タイヤをリムに
組付けるときは、前記突起を前記外表面からリムベース
部の内方に没入させ、タイヤをリムに組付けた後に突起
を前記外表面から放射方向外方に突出させ、前記ビード
部をリムベース部に固定することを特徴とするロードホ
ィール。
