Problems to be Solved by the Invention Among the conventional techniques mentioned above, regarding the techniques disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publications No. 51-24797 and No. 58-176673, these techniques can be used to protect fishing lines and optionally set fishing tackle. It has the advantage of being able to fix the weight at any location and at any time, and furthermore, once the weight is fixed to the fishing line,
Although this technique has the advantage that the sinker does not come off until the fishing line is cut, it is also possible to use this technique when the sinker needs to be replaced due to changes in the fishing spot, condition, or change in the type of fish being caught. However, it has the disadvantage that the entire fishing tackle must be replaced.

Although the technique disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-79881 is a technique that allows the weight to be replaced arbitrarily and easily, it has the disadvantage that the material that makes up the weight directly pinches the fishing line and damages it. are doing.

Furthermore, regarding Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-107379 (Utility Model Publication No. 59-5324), the technology of the publication is a technology that combines the two types of technology mentioned above, and it goes without saying that each of the two types of technology described above is different from each other. It has become a technology that covers up the shortcomings.

However, the advantage of not only this technology but also the technology of Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 79881/1988 is that it can be easily opened and closed with a human finger, etc.
On the other hand, it also means that it may easily open due to other impacts, etc., and the inventors, etc., based on the technology in the publication,
The following are the results of an impact test conducted on a prototype lead weight. When it fell 12 times (average of 10 times), the split groove opened and the fishing line was pulled out.

(2) A similar technique was used to hold a weight on a fishing line (No. 2) and cast it into a 30m underwater area where there are likely to be many rocks.
When the fish was pulled at a speed of (hereinafter referred to as sabiku), the weight came off the fishing line in the water after 8 barrel throws (average of 10 shots).

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional techniques, allows the sinker to be opened and closed easily with fingers, etc., and protects the fishing line by providing an elastic layer on the surface of the split groove. Furthermore, in order to eliminate the drawback of the material of the weight body having a small restoring force,
A fishing weight that uses a spring to open and close the grooves on the weight body.
Detailed description will be given below based on the drawings of the embodiments of the present invention. 1 is a weight body, and a material having plasticity is selected, and a material with a high specific gravity is desired, for example, Lead is the most desired substance. 2 indicates an elastic layer, and the material may include rubber, synthetic resin, cotton cloth, paper, or a composite material thereof, but in the present invention, it is most desirable to use rubber. .
Reference numeral 3 is a spring, and the material thereof is not particularly specified, and generally commercially available materials are sufficient.
4 is a spring groove into which the spring 3 is fitted when externally installed, and 5 is a finger rest for opening and closing the split groove 22.

The shape of the weight body 1 is selected from spherical, elliptical, cylindrical, or similar shapes, and a slit-shaped groove 22 is provided, but the width of the groove 22 can be any size. However, regarding the depth, it is deeper than the center of the weight body 1, and the depth is deeper than the center of the weight body 1.
It is desirable that the process be carried out within a depth range that will not cause the cutting to occur. The elastic tank 2 is provided in the groove 22 formed in this way.
It is desirable that the width be the same as the width of the groove 22, and it is desirable that the bottom of the groove 22 be folded in two. The spring 3 is provided along the periphery of the weight body 1, and the number of the springs is at least one or more. It is carried out by being fitted into the groove 4. Therefore, the shape of the material of the spring 3 is linear if the shape of the weight body 1 to be implemented is cylindrical;
Both plate shapes are used, but in the case of forming other shapes, it is desirable to have a linear shape, and especially in the case of the spring 3 installed externally, a linear shape is desirable. As for the shape of the spring, as is clear from the gist of the present invention, it should be a single-wound, circular shape, and a circle that is at least half the circumference of the weight body 1 to which the spring 3 is applied. It is desirable that the spring 3 has a circumference, and if the spring 3 is installed externally, it is desirable that it is a notch spring with a residual circumference of about 70%.
However, the present invention is not limited thereby. Furthermore, regarding the position where the spring 3 is provided, at an angle perpendicular to the split groove 22, if there is a single spring 3, one spring 3 is placed approximately in the center of the weight body 1, and if multiple springs 3 are provided, the weight body 1 is placed approximately evenly. Several lines are installed at divided locations.

The finger hook 5 is cut into a V-shape at the outer end of the groove 22, and the size is not particularly specified, and any size that allows the groove to be opened is sufficient. It is sufficient.

A split groove 22 with a width of 2 mm and a depth of 18.5 mm is cut in the middle of the notch of the spring 3 cast into the weight body 1 toward the center of the weight body. It is made by cutting a V-shaped finger rest 5 with a length of 3 mm and an angle of 90 degrees, and furthermore, rubber with a thickness of 1 mm is pasted with adhesive on the entire inner surface of the split groove 22. The elastic layer 2 was formed using the same method.

Second Embodiment Instead of the buried spring 3, a spring groove 4 with a diameter of 1 mm and a depth of 1 mm is cut around the entire circumference of the weight body 1 at the same position, and the spring in the first embodiment is Example 3 was carried out in the same manner as in the first example except that No. 3 was fitted into the groove.

Effect of the invention This invention can be implemented as described above, so the split groove 22
By providing the elastic layer 2 on the fishing line, it is possible to securely hold the fishing line without damaging it, and furthermore, by increasing the depth of the split groove 22 and reducing the residual portion of lead, the fishing line can be held securely without being damaged. The effects of weakening the pressure, making it easier to open and close with fingers, etc., and making it easier to attach and detach the weight by providing the finger rest 5 are effects that have already been proven in the prior art.

The present invention is a technology that adds a new effect to the effects of these conventional techniques, and eliminates the major drawbacks of conventional techniques during and after barrel pouring. At the time of rusting, the split groove 22 opens (including loosening) due to the impact caused by the weight colliding with a rock, etc.
This is a technology that completely eliminates the phenomenon of the weight coming off the fishing line.Next, we will discuss the results of a comparison of the impact test of a weight performed using the technology of the present invention and a weight performed using the conventional technology.1. Fix one end of two 30cm long fishing lines using a No. 1.5 fishing line, and suspend the weights using the technique of the present invention and the conventional technique (however, the length of the line exposed at the bottom of the weights The test was conducted by repeatedly applying a constant impact with a hammer-like object from a direction that makes an angle of 95° with the fishing line. The weight is the average value of the fishing line, rounded to the nearest whole number (the same applies hereafter), at which point the weight came off the fishing line and fell.
