Abstract

PURPOSE:To control slide noise to minimum by a method in which the support shafts for the upper runner in which rotary wheels are pivotally supported on both sides of a plate and for the lower travelling runner in which spherical parts are attached to the upside of a plate are screw-connected. CONSTITUTION:An upper runner 10 in which a pair of rotary wheels 12 are pivotally supported in parallel with both sides of a square plate 13 with a rotary central support shaft 11 is provided. Also, a lower travelling runner 20 in which peripheral parts 22 are attached by upwardly positioning their rotary heads 22a to both upsides 23a of a square plate 23 with a rotary central shaft 21 is provided. The support shafts 11 and 21 of both the runners 10 and 20 are screw-connected in an adjustable manner. The partition can thus be smoothly moved even when the production and attachment of hanger rails are not exact.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention is a sliding partition runner, more specifically, a sliding partition runner that divides the interior of buildings such as schools, museums, wedding halls, hotels, multipurpose halls, etc., and allows free layout of each room. This invention relates to an improved sliding partition runner that can smoothly move the partition by running on the hanger rail while suspending and supporting the upper part of the partition from the hanger rail installed on the ceiling.

The main purpose of the sliding partition runner of the present invention is to move the partition in parallel along two hanger rails installed on the ceiling, so that the space can be adjusted to any size depending on the purpose of floor use. When partitions are freely separated into sections, the structural form is sufficient to cope with poor processing accuracy of the hanger rails and poor installation accuracy between the rails, ensuring reliable and smooth running of the partitions, and further improving the running speed of the partitions. This is to minimize the generation of rail sliding noise.

Therefore, when the sliding partition runner of the present invention having the above configuration is used, for example, as shown in FIG.
When the partition M is suspended and moved parallel to the rail (in the direction of arrow Y), the upper runner 10 runs, which makes it possible to move, while the presence of the lower runner 20 allows the partition M to move parallel to the rail (in the direction of the arrow Y). Slit 41 of rail 40
Since it is possible to move perpendicular to the direction of movement of the partition within the range of a, for example, due to poor processing during the manufacturing process of the ceiling hanger rail or faulty rail installation during the construction process, the partition moving cylinder! 1A, even if there is a variation in the distance between the rails B, the partition M moves while the distance between the runner centers is displaced in accordance with the distance between the rails B, so that not only smooth running is obtained, but also As shown in FIG. 6, the runner according to the present invention is capable of running at an inclination of the partition M due to the above structure.
You can move around avoiding obstacles on the wall.

As explained above, the sliding runner of the present invention allows smooth movement of the partition even if the hanger rail is manufactured and installed incorrectly due to the presence of the floating runner that can run perpendicular to the direction of movement of the partition. Furthermore, by forming the spherical bodies of the floating runners from a synthetic resin material, the sliding noise emitted from the upper part of the partition when the partition is moved can be suppressed to a minimum, so that the noise does not cause discomfort. Therefore, its practical value is extremely great.
