- 取付ハウジング４の軸孔５周辺部を後記係止縁
６の取付座７に形成してネジ孔９……９を配設し
、取付座７の内周面を後記緩衝パツキング１０の
嵌着面１１に形成し、固定密封環１２と一体に結
合された緩衝パツキング１０の芯金１４の端縁を
外側へ導出して係止縁６となし、該係止縁６には
前記取付座７のネジ孔９……９と対向する透孔８
……８を配設し、固定密封環１２と共に緩衝パツ
キング１０を前記嵌着面１１に嵌着することによ
り係止縁６を取付座７に当接させ、透孔８……８
を介してネジ孔９……９に螺挿された締付ボルト
１５……１５によつて係止縁６と取付座７との上
記当接部を固定させるよう構成した、メカニカル
シールにおける固定密封環の固定構造。
