Claims (1)
- 充電式電池により、メモリーをバツクアツプす
るメモリーバツクアツプ回路において、充電式電
池、前記メモリーの保証電圧と同程度の電圧を発
生する電圧発生回路、前記充電式電池と前記電圧
発生回路とを比較するコンパレータ、前記充電式
電池を充電する回路部のスイツチとからなり、シ
ステムて電源立上げ時においては、前記スイツチ
をオフにし前記充電式電池に充電しないようにし
、前記コンパレータの出力をチエツクできるよう
にして、充電式電池の電圧が前記メモリーの保証
電圧以下になつているかをチエツクできるように
したことを特徴とするメモリーバツクアツプ回路
