Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 矩形導波管の管内に互いにλｇ／４（λｇは管
    内波長）の距離離れて２つのアイリス板が配置さ
    れ、該導波管の上記各アイリス板からそれぞれλ
    ｇ／４の距離離れた両端にそれぞれ接合窓が取付
    けられ、上記各アイリス板の中央にそれぞれ先端
    が円錐または円錐台形状の一対の放電用電極が配
    置され、管内にＡｒ等の不活性ガスとＮＨ３，Ｈ
    ２Ｏ等の電離イオンの再結合を促進するガスが封
    入されてなる切換放電管において、 導波管の一方の側壁の２つのアイリス板の間の
    中央部の位置に設けられた貫通穴に、板状または
    キヤツプ状の封止部材を取付け、その内面側に放
    射性物質が取付けられた基板が固定されて低温ろ
    う材により接着されたことを特徴とする切換放電
    管。
