Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数のアンテナから常時最大出力のアンテナを
    自動的に選択するアンテナダイバシテイシステム
    のＲＦスイツチにおいて、複数のダイオードを同
    一基板内に収納し、前記基板に、前記複数のアン
    テナの入力信号が各々供給されるとともに該複数
    のアンテナ入力を選択する制御信号が各々入力さ
    れる複数の入力端子と、バイアス電圧が印加され
    るとともに選択されたアンテナ入力信号を出力す
    る出力端子とを設け、前記複数のダイオードのア
    ノードを、共通の導体を介して前記出力端子に接
    続し、前記複数のダイオードの各カソードを前記
    複数の入力端子に各々接続したことを特徴とする
    ＲＦ信号切換ユニツト。
