To discharge the wastewater flowing out from each drainage source outdoors, connect one end of the side branch main pipe 12 to the drainage main pipe 11 extending vertically and communicating with the sewer pipe side, as shown in Figure 3 of the attached drawings. This side branch main pipe 12
and each drainage source 13 such as the kitchen, bathroom, washroom, etc., are individually connected by a branch pipe 14 including the other end of the side branch main pipe 12, and the drainage water (miscellaneous water) flowing out from each drainage source 13 is connected individually. Generally, a method is adopted in which the drainage water is merged through the horizontal branch main pipe 12, and the drainage water is collectively discharged to the drainage main pipe 11 side. In this case, the sewage flowing out from the sewage source 15 such as a toilet is directly discharged to the main drainage pipe 11 through the sewage pipe 15a. In addition, both the side branch main pipe 12 and each branch pipe 14 are plastic pipes or steel pipes,
They are connected using a T-shaped joint 16.

In the conventional method described above, the drainage time differs depending on the drainage source, and the flow rate of the drainage is unbalanced and uneven, so there is often a problem in which drainage flowing from other drainage sources flows back into the drainage source that is not being drained. occurs. In order to prevent this backflow phenomenon, it goes without saying that it is necessary to provide a considerable slope when laying the main side pipes and each branch pipe.
It is essential to use pipes with large diameters for these side branch main pipes and branch pipes. However, as the diameter of the pipe increases, it becomes difficult to install the pipe in a meandering manner, which inevitably places major restrictions on construction. On the other hand, it is possible to use pipe fittings to lay pipes in a meandering manner, but this requires a large number of relatively expensive connecting fittings, which poses a problem in terms of profitability, and at the same time, there are many potential chances for water leakage to occur. I'm also worried that I might be there. In addition, clogging easily occurs at the connection between the side branch main pipe and each branch pipe using a T-shaped joint, that is, at the confluence where wastewater flowing out from each drainage source flows into the side branch main pipe, and cleaning it is extremely difficult. There are some problems that are said to be difficult.

This invention solves the above problems, and
The purpose is to provide a drainage header device that is capable of merging the drainage water flowing out from each drainage source without using a side branch main pipe, and allowing the drainage water to flow out all at once directly to the main drainage pipe side. be. Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to provide a header having one end open connected to a drainage main pipe, the header having a header which is curved toward the open connection side of the header and sloped downward with respect to the header. This is achieved by a drainage header device constructed by providing a plurality of connecting pipe portions with openings protruding from each other.

This drainage header device has a kitchen and a
If you connect the water pipes drawn from the drainage sources in bathrooms, washrooms, etc., the wastewater flowing out from each drainage source will join together at the header, and the flow direction of these wastewaters will be directed toward the main drainage pipe. The regulated and combined wastewater can be smoothly discharged to the main drainage pipe side.

The invention will now be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2 of the accompanying drawings. The header 1 has a hollow cylindrical shape, and one end 1a thereof is open-connected to a main drainage pipe 3 via a normal pipe joint 2, and the other end 1b is closed by a detachable stopper 4. ing. The main drainage pipe 3 communicates with a sewage pipe (not shown) and is vertically oriented. The header 1 has a plurality of open connecting pipe parts 5 to which drainage pipes (to be described later) can be freely connected, and each connecting pipe part 5 projects downwardly from the header 1. together with its base 5
The a side is curved towards the main drainage pipe 4 side, that is, towards the open connection side of the header 1, so that the flow direction of the wastewater flowing into the header 1 from the connecting pipe part 5 is directed towards the main drainage pipe 3 side. It is configured as follows. In order to smoothly drain the waste water to the main drainage pipe 3 side, it is preferable that the respective connecting pipe parts 5 are provided with their protruding positions shifted from each other. Further, the main drainage pipe 3 is separately provided with a connection port 3a, and a sewage pipe 6a drawn from a sewage source 6 such as a toilet is connected to this connection port 3a. 6a may be connected directly to the header 1 as shown in phantom in FIG. According to the above configuration, by connecting the drainage pipes 8 made of plastic such as polyethylene drawn from the drainage sources 9 of kitchens, bathrooms, washrooms, etc. to each connecting pipe part 5 via the fittings 7, each The wastewater flowing out from the wastewater source 9 flows into the header 1, the flow direction of these wastewaters is regulated so as to flow toward the main drainage pipe 3 side, and they are combined to be smoothly drained.

The present invention is as described above, and the drainage pipes drawn out from each drainage source are individually connected to a header directly connected to the main drainage pipe, and the drainage is combined in this header, so that these drainage can be discharged all at once. Since the structure was designed to allow drainage to flow to the main pipe side, there was no need to use T-shaped joints when installing each drain pipe, unlike conventional methods, and the pipes were installed with a downward slope protruding from the header. The connecting pipe portion completely eliminates the phenomenon of drainage clogging, and the diameter of the drainage pipe can be reduced. Therefore, the water pipes drawn out from each drainage source can be of small diameter and can be bent freely, making it possible to install them in a meandering manner and making construction extremely easy.In addition, each drainage pipe is connected to a header. Its practical value is extremely great, as it has advantages in use such as less chance of water leakage and easy cleaning.
