It may injure the skin when eating or drinking, and it can be extremely dangerous if the removed opening piece is left unattended. Generally, aluminum, its alloys, or surface-treated steel sheets such as tinplate and stain-free steel are used as lid materials, but the latter material is said to be particularly dangerous.

The main part of the container lid is shown in FIG. 10, in which a loop part 102 is formed on the outside of the tear guide line 101, and a return part 103 of the loop part 102 to the tear guide line 101 side is used as the tear guide line. The tearing tab 104 is slightly protruded inward from the line 101 (protrusion amount: Z1), and the tearing tab 104 is placed on the opening piece 105 side so that the tip claw part of the tearing tab 104 is placed on the tearing guide line 101. It is installed. According to this container lid, when the opening piece 105 is removed along the tearing guide line 101 with the tearing tab 104, the seaming side plate surface 1
The tearing part 101 remaining at 06 is the return part 103.

(level difference: Z2), a tearing guide line 109 is formed on the rising part on the outer peripheral side, and the tip claw part of the tearing tab 110 is placed above the tearing guide line 109. The same tab 110 is attached to one side of the opening so that it can be placed thereon. According to this container lid, when the opening piece 107 is removed along the tearing guide line 109 with the tearing tab 110, the tearing part on the side of the opening piece 107 is connected to the bent part of the raised wall 108. The opening edge will remain in close contact between the inner risers and configured in a secure configuration.

The Fire Service Act requires a drop test for storage containers for flammable liquids, and stipulates that they must have sufficient strength to withstand the impact of a fall. If it splits, it will not pass the test. this is,
The same applies to containers for ordinary soft drinks, etc. In any case, the split portion of the container lid must have a structure that can sufficiently withstand the impact internal pressure generated when the container is dropped.

After the container lid is molded to prevent rust, the surface is coated with a repair varnish, but it is especially necessary that the repair varnish be applied completely to the part where the tear guide line has been applied. . As mentioned above, it is good to form a loop part or a bent raised wall to safely construct the opening edge, but if the tear guide line is not coated with repair varnish, it cannot be used as a lid for a beverage or food container. It disappears.

It consists of a lid plate surface on one side of the opening which is bent further inward outside the tearing guide line, and the tip claw of the tearing tab is located at or near the tearing guide line. The present invention relates to a container lid with a safe opening edge in which the tearing tab is attached to a portion corresponding to the opening piece.

なる容器蓋の製造方法に係る。 Further, the second invention provides a method for manufacturing the container lid as described above, in which the deep drawn wall portion of the base plate is deep drawn to define a portion corresponding to the opening piece to form a tapered deep drawn wall portion. a first step of forming a three-step stepped wall; a second step of buckling the lowest wall portion of the stepped wall portion in an S-shape inside the second horizontal portion; and the S-shaped portion. and a third step of forming a tearing guide line on the continuous surface part of the second level horizontal part, and buckling the middle wall part of the stepped wall part inside the top wall part, and separating the buckled part and the first stage wall part. The fourth step is to further compress the S-shaped portion formed in the third step while forming an S-shaped portion with the horizontal portion, and the tip claw portion of the tearing tab is formed in the third step. and a fifth step of attaching the tearing tab to a portion corresponding to the opening piece by positioning the tearing tab at or near the inner side of the tearing guide line.

The opening edge on one side of the opening is located inside the return portion of the loop formed inside the tearing guide line, so that both The opening edges are located outside and inside the curved surfaces from each return portion, respectively, to ensure safety.

The S-shaped portion absorbs impact energy and prevents the tearing guide wire from tearing.
In addition, when tearing with the tearing tab (pop tear), work hardening occurs in both loops when forming both loops on the material plate, so the tearing guide wire does not tear. It can be done extremely smoothly.

ことになる。 When the tearing tab 15 is pulled up in FIG. 2, the claw at the tip of the tab presses against a local part of the tearing guide line 1 in FIG. The tearing progresses along line 1, and the lid plate surface on one side of the opening is removed from the lid plate surface on the seaming side. In this case, as shown in FIG. 3, the return portion 9 follows the tearing guide line 1.
The cover plate surface on one side of the opening is pulled upward while the forming surface 2 of the tear guide wire 1 is brought into sliding contact with the return portion 4, but at this time, the tear portion 20 on the loop portion 3 side is removed from the return portion 4. The part 4 side is pressed, and the tearing part 21 on the loop part 8 side is pressed against the return part 9 side.

The deep drawn wall portion 5 of the base plate 53 is deep drawn to define a tapered deep drawn wall portion 52.
2, a three-step stepped wall portion 54 as shown in FIG. 5 is formed. This forming step is performed by plastically deforming the deep-drawn wall portion 52 into a step-like shape using a lower mold 55 and an upper mold 56 that form three step-like portions. Incidentally, in this step, the boss 57 for tab crimping is also punched out.

The annular upper mold 66a fitted into the middle wall part 61 holds down the second horizontal part 59 of the workpiece, and the annular upper mold 6
The second stage horizontal part 5 is formed by the movable upper mold 66b fitted inside the mold 6a.
9 and the S-shaped portion 63a, and then the movable lower mold 65b fitted in the annular lower mold 65a returns the shallowly drawn portion to the upper side and buckles it. As a result, the tearing guide line 1 is buckled in the continuous portion between the second horizontal portion 59 and the S-shaped portion 63a.

The middle wall portion 61 is buckled in an S-shape using an upper die 68 having a tapered portion 68a that engages with the upper die 68. In this case, the buckled S-shaped portion 69 is restrained by the lower mold 67 and is configured inside the first horizontal portion 58 . Furthermore, in this step, buckling occurs in the middle wall portion 61, and the S-shaped portion 63a formed above is further compressed, causing the tearing guide line 1 to move inward. That is, the return portion 4 of the buckled S-shaped portion 69 toward the tearing guide line 1 bulges inward from the tearing guide line 1, and the tearing guide line 1 of the compressed S-shaped portion 63a Return part 9 to the side
is in a state where it bulges outward from the tearing guide line 1.

The workpiece is positioned and set by inserting the rod 70a into the workpiece. Then, after inserting the boss 57 into the mounting hole of the tearing tab 15 and positioning the tip claw of the tearing tab 15 at or near the tearing guide line 1 of the workpiece, the crushing hammer 71a is lowered, the boss 57 is crushed with the crushing hammer 71a, and the tearing tab 15 is removed from the center part 1 of the opening piece.

Gaps 5 and 10 are formed between the return portion 4 of the loop portion 3 and the forming surface 2 of the tearing guide wire 1, and between the return portion 9 of the loop portion 8 and the forming surface 2 of the tearing guide wire 1, respectively. Therefore, in the repair varnish application process, the repair varnish can be completely applied to the inside of each loop portion 3, 8 (including the front and back sides of the surface on which the tear guide line is formed).
Generally, a minimum gap of about 0.3 mm or more is required for the repair varnish to penetrate, but this can be easily achieved with the container lid of this embodiment.
