Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. パイプの左右両端にボス材を一体に溶着してボ
    スを形成し、上記ボス材のボス穴にそれぞれブツ
    シユを嵌着するとともにボスの内部側スペースに
    グリース容量制限用の抑制パイプを設け、上記ボ
    スをブラケツトに対しピンを介して回動自在に連
    結した軸受装置において、抑制パイプの外周面を
    ボス穴の内周面に対して軸心方向に摺動移動でき
    るように形成し、また上記一対のブツシユのそれ
    ぞれ内方側端部と、抑制パイプの左右両端部に互
    いに対応する部分が同一軸心で圧入嵌合できる段
    付円筒部を形成し、軸受装置の組立時に一対のブ
    ツシユのうちいずれか一方を予め一方のボス穴に
    圧入し、次に他方のボスのボス穴より内方に向け
    て抑制パイプを挿入し、さらに他方のブツシユを
    圧入することにより一対のブツシユの間に抑制パ
    イプを連結するようにしたことを特徴とする建設
    機械の軸受装置。
