- シアン浴槽を用いて半導体をメツキするに際し
、シアン浴槽のみを局部排気できるドラフト装置
を用い、該ドラフト装置に、開閉に際して不活性
ガスでパージできる手段を設けたことを特徴とす
る半導体メツキ装置。
