Claims (1)

にフイルター部材が配設され、該フイルター部材
上に濾過対象を供給する供給手段が設けられる一
方、前記真空槽の内部であつて前記フイルター部
材の下方に容器体が配置されたことを特徴とする
濾過装置。 (2) 前記フイルター部材は、下枠と上枠間に着
脱自在にフイルター本体を挾持してなるフイルタ
ーユニツトであり、前記下枠は前記真空槽の上部
壁より下方に突設されたことを特徴とする請求項
１記載の濾過装置。 (3) 前記下枠と上枠の周部に鍔部が形成され、
該鍔部間に前記フイルター本体の周縁部が挾持さ
れたことを特徴とする請求項２記載の濾過装置。 (4) 前記鍔部とフイルター本体の周縁部間にシ
ール部材が介挿されたことを特徴とする請求項３
記載の濾過装置。 (5) 前記フイルターユニツトが着脱自在である
