- 薬液配管における最も高所な位置に分岐接続し
たチユーブと、そのチユーブ内の薬液の界面位置
の上限及び下限を検知する超音波式界面検出器と
、この超音波式界面検出器からの信号に従つて、
開閉動作を行なう自動弁及び発停動作を行なうポ
ンプを備えることを特徴とする薬液配管ガス排除
装置。
