Claims (1)
- 流体供給管路内の圧力制御を、上記流体の流量
を粗調弁及び微調弁を用いて定常制御では上記微
調弁により実行すると共に、上記微調弁の開度が
上限開度又は下限開度に達したときに上記粗調弁
開度を一定開度調節する圧力制御装置において、
上記微調弁開度が上記上限値又は下限値に達した
場合、上記粗調弁を一定開度調節すると共に、上
記微調弁開度が略５０％開度となるように強制的
に修正することを特徴とする圧力制御装置。
