て付勢されている。そして、これら第1のロツク
爪6と第2のロツク爪10は互いに反対方向に回
動することによつてそのロツク状態が解除される
ように構成されており、図示例では第1のロツク
爪6は時計方向に回動するとそのロツクが解除さ
れ、第2のロツク爪10は反時計方向に回動する
とそのロツクが解除されるように成されている。
前記中間回動部材3と支持部材5を枢支している
上部枢支軸4にて操作レバー13の下端部が回動
自在に支持されている。この操作レバー13に対
して前記第1のロツク爪6に突出形成された係合
片14が係合し、かつこの操作レバー13から突
出された係合ピン15が前記第2のロツク爪10
