Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the above-mentioned publication, a door body having a curved surface and rotatably held closes an opening for storing and taking out products, and when the door body is opened, An elastic body is provided to reduce the difficulty of turning due to the weight of the door body, as well as to reduce the impact and noise when the door is closed.
The center part of the elastic body is a fixed shaft, one end is a side protrusion,
The other ends are engaged with the hinge protrusions, and the degree of bending of the elastic body changes depending on the open/closed state of the door body, thereby utilizing the repulsive force in the opening direction that occurs as the elastic body bends. It is something. However, since it utilizes the repulsive force in the opening direction, it cannot be expected to reduce the effort in the closing direction, nor does it reduce the impact and noise when fully opened.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention provides a transparent door on the upper part of the freezing case, and the transparent door can be opened and closed completely on an arm rotatably supported on a part of the main body of the freezing case. A rotary shaft that rotates as the arm rotates, and a rubber spring combined with the main body and the rotary shaft are provided between the arm and the main body, When the transparent door is in the fully closed position, a restoring force is applied to the arm through the rotating shaft by the action of the rubber spring in the direction of opening and in the direction of closing when it is in the fully open position. At an intermediate position between and fully closed, a play section is formed between the rotating shaft and the arm so that the arm is not affected by the restoring force of the rubber spring.

1 has five sides closed except for the top surface at the bottom, an outer box 2 formed into a box shape, a heat insulating material 4 interposed inside the outer box 2, and the inside made of a material with excellent water resistance such as stainless steel. This is a refrigerating show case body typified by a dipping show case, in which a formed inner box 3 is disposed, and a see-through part 7 having a transparent window 5 and a transparent door 6 that can be opened and closed is provided on the top thereof. A cooling pipe 8 is provided in close contact with the outer surface of the inner box 3, and a refrigerant is circulated within the cooling pipe 8 to cool the inside 9 of the refrigerator. In addition, since the temperature rises rapidly in the upper part of the refrigerator interior 9 due to the influence of infiltrated heat due to the opening and closing work of the transparent door 6, an auxiliary evaporator 10 is arranged at an appropriate position in the upper part of the refrigerator, that is, at the upper rear of the case where the transparent door 6 is located. I'll keep it.
In this example, a freezing case will be explained using a dipping case. 1
Reference numeral 1 denotes a lower door that can be opened and closed to take in and take out a vat filled with ice cream in order to store the vat filled with ice cream, and is provided at the lower rear of the case.

Next, the transparent part 7 will be explained. In this embodiment, the transparent part 7 has a rectangular shape in front and rear views and in a plan view, and has a rectangular shape that widens at the end when viewed from the side. The top surface is a fixed transparent window 5, and the rear surface is a rotating transparent door 6. The transparent windows include a front transparent plate 5A, side transparent plates 5B, 5B, and an upper transparent plate 5C.
(hereinafter referred to as the top plate), and a heat ray reflective film is pasted on the inner surface of the top plate. A heat ray reflective film is also pasted on the inner surface of the transparent door 6. Then, the front end of the top plate 5C and the upper end of the front transparent plate 5A are connected and connected by the front sash 15, and the front transparent plate 5
It is held on the front breaker 17 by the lower end of A and the front packing 16. Further, the lower end of the side transparent plate 5B is held in the groove of the side breaker 18 with a side packing interposed therebetween.

In addition, since the front transparent plate 5A is configured to slope upward toward the rear, its lower end slopes downward toward the rear, and the inner bottom surface of the front gasket 16 is aligned with this slope. With this configuration, dew adhering to the outer surface of the front transparent plate 5A drips down the transparent plate 5A and accumulates inside the packing, and since there is little air intrusion, it is difficult to dry and the inside of the packing becomes unsanitary. Put it away. For this purpose, a convex portion 19 is provided at the center of the inner bottom surface of the front packing 16, and several drainage holes 20 are formed at appropriate locations on the front side. In addition, convex part 1
The upper surface of the front transparent plate 5A is inclined to match the angle of inclination of the lower end of the front transparent plate 5A. Therefore, the upper surface of the protrusion 19 prevents external air from entering the interior from the lower end of the front transparent plate 5A, and the front surface of the protrusion 19 allows water dripping into the gasket to move toward the inside of the refrigerator. The lower end of the front transparent plate 5A is made easier to dry by making it easier to discharge water to the outside of the packing through the drain hole 20.

Reference numeral 21 denotes a side support for reinforcing the side surface of the transparent part 7, and in this example, an inclined rod 22 extends upward from the upper end of the inner box 3 and matches the slope of the rear part of the side transparent plate 5B.
and a horizontal rod 23 extending parallel to the upper part of the side transparent plate 5B from the inclined rod 22 in the horizontal direction.
Then, the outer surface of the side support 21 assists in contacting the inner surface of the side transparent plate 5B. Also, the inclined rod 2 of the side support 21
A side plate holding member 24 for drawing and holding the side transparent plate 5B toward the side pillars is provided on the upper part of the side plate 2. This side plate holding member 24 comes into contact with the inclined side located at the rear of the side transparent plate 5B, and also
It has a locking part 25 that is locked to the outer surface of the base 26.
is fixed to the top surface of the inclined rod. Then, a flexible stopper 27 is fixed to the left or right end of the top surface of the door handle 43 of the transparent door 6, which will be described later, in such a way that it projects from the inner surface of the side support 21 as a buffer member to relieve the rotational force associated with opening. The stopper holding member 28 is fixed to the upper surface of the base 26 of the side plate holding member 24. Furthermore, a corner decorative frame 29 is attached from above both the side plate holding members 24 and the stopper holding members 28 so as to cover them. The side plate holding member 24, stopper holding member 28, and corner decorative frame 29 are each fixed to the side support 21 by fixing means such as screws. That is, the side support 21 is connected to the inner box 3.
Since the side transparent plate 5B is fixed to the upper end and held in place by being pulled toward the outer surface of the side support 21, a hole is provided in the side transparent plate 5B to attach the side support 21.
1, and the hole and the fixing means are not visible on the outside, so the appearance can be improved. Further, since the stopper 27 is held in a manner that projects from the inner surface of the side support 21, only a small amount of material is required as a buffer member, and replacement due to wear and tear can be performed very easily. Furthermore, since the side plate holding member 24 and the stopper holding member 28 are constructed as separate members, the stopper 27 can be replaced while the side transparent plate 5B is firmly fixed, resulting in good workability. .

Reference numeral 30 denotes an upper decorative frame constructed on the horizontal rods 23, 23 of the side support 21, which includes a front frame 31 that holds the rear end of the top plate 5C, and a rear frame 31 that holds the front end of a fluorescent light cover 34, which will be described later. It has a frame 32. Reference numeral 33 denotes a mounting member that has a mounting surface having the same inclination as the inclined rod 22 and is provided on the upper part of the inclined rod 22. Reference numeral 34 includes a horizontal surface whose front end is removably held on the rear frame 32, and an inclined surface that is bent on the rear end side of the horizontal surface to be parallel to the inclined rod 22 and is removably placed and fixed on the mounting surface. This is a fluorescent lamp cover which is made of a heat-resistant material and serves as an illuminating lamp cover for holding an illuminating lamp, which will be described later. The inner surface of the fluorescent lamp cover 34 is provided with a fastening member 37 into which a clip 36 for removably holding and fixing a fluorescent lamp 35 as an illumination lamp is inserted. Numeral 38 is a blinding plate disposed in front of the fluorescent lamp 35 in order to make the arrangement of the fluorescent lamp 35 invisible from the front transparent plate 5A, and is a blinding plate that directs the light from the fluorescent lamp 38 downward. A receiving piece for receiving a translucent shade 39 for transmitting light is provided at its lower part. The shade 39 is located below the fluorescent lamp 35, and is made of a translucent material in order to improve the display effect of the sales products in the dating show case 1.
Use materials with poor transparency that will make it difficult to see wires, cables, etc. The fluorescent lamp cover 34, the blind plate 38, and the shade 39 form a storage section 40 for storing the fluorescent lamp. In this way, the fluorescent lamp 35 is held and fixed on the inner surface of the fluorescent lamp cover 34, and when removing the fluorescent lamp 35, the fluorescent lamp cover 34 can be removed by pointing upward. The dust attached to the fluorescent lamp 35 can be prevented from falling by the shade 39, and the dust can be prevented from falling into the refrigerator. In addition, the fluorescent lamp 39 can be removed without removing the shade 39 etc. located below the fluorescent lamp 35 as in the conventional case.
Since it is only necessary to remove the fluorescent lamp cover 34 located above the fluorescent lamp 5, attachment and detachment of the fluorescent lamp 35 is very easy, and maintenance and inspection can be performed easily. Furthermore, since the shade 39 is made of a material that is translucent but not very transparent, the fluorescent lamp 35 and the wiring will not be reflected on the transparent door 6 when it is opened.

15 to 17 schematically illustrate the positional relationship of the sealing members when the transparent door 6 is in different open states.
This overlaps only when the transparent door 6 is fully closed, and only the second seal part 46 and the fourth seal part 49, which are the ends of both seal members 44 and 48, overlap with the second seal part 46 and the fourth seal part 49. The portion 46 rests on the fourth seal portion 49 from above without substantially sliding relative to the fourth seal portion 49, and there is no friction between the two seal portions 46 and 49. Moreover, since the first seal part 45 moves downward from the state in which it is in contact with the lower part of the side support 21 at the same time as the transparent door 6 is opened, there is no friction of the first seal part 45. Furthermore, the third seal part 47 is positioned on top of the fifth seal part 50 when the door is closed, and the fifth seal part 50 is placed on top of the fifth seal part 50 when the door 6 is opened.
0, and there is no friction between the third seal part 47 and the fifth seal part 50.
In this way, since there is no friction between the door-side seal member 44 and the main body-side seal member 48 that occurs when the door 6 is opened and closed, there is no generation of dust due to friction between the seal members, and no dust is spread onto the products being sold. , and can be sold in sanitary conditions.

Next, a holding structure for making the transparent door 6 rotatable relative to the refrigeration case body 1 will be explained. 60 is a side door sash 42 in the transparent door 6
One end is attached perpendicularly to the lower surface of the door support, and the other end is rotatably fixed to the refrigerating case body 1.It is a door support formed in a hollow shape, and has a notch in the lower part of one surface for inserting a rotation shaft 64, which will be described later. 61 is formed in advance. Reference numeral 62 denotes an auxiliary arm that is inserted and fixed into the cavity of the door support 60 and operates together with the door support 60, and has a built-in play angle ensuring means 63. The play angle securing means 63 includes a rotating shaft 6 having a substantially square cross section.
A cam 65 is fixed to the base of the cam 65 and tapers away from the base, and a round hole is formed in the auxiliary arm 62 through which the rotation shaft 64 is inserted to smooth the rotation of the rotation shaft 64, which has a substantially square cross section. Two sleeves 67, 67 facing the transparent door 6 and a range in which the auxiliary arm 62 rotates when the transparent door 6 rotates but the cam 65 does not rotate, that is, the rotation auxiliary member 6 to be described later.
In order to form a play angle of 9, the play angle defining portion 68 allows the auxiliary arm 62 to freely rotate. Reference numeral 69 is a rotation auxiliary member having a bearing for pivotally supporting the rotating shaft 64 and defining a rotatable range of the rotating shaft 64, and is in a normal position (a state in which the diagonal line of the cross section of the rotating shaft 64 faces the vertical direction). Forms an area in which it can rotate by 30° in one direction and 30° in the other direction from the state in which it is located, and as the rotation angle from the normal position increases, the restoring force in the direction opposite to the rotation direction gradually increases. It uses a rubber spring (product name "Rosta"; Miki Pulley) configured as follows. A fixing member 70 is located below the side breaker 18 and fixes the rotation auxiliary member 69 (hereinafter referred to as Roster). A reinforcing plate 72 with improved performance is provided. And storage room 71
A screw 73 for rotatably fixing the rotating shaft 64 is provided on the back wall of the housing. 74 stores Roster 69 in storage room 7.
This is a roster cover that makes the roster 69 invisible from the outside and presses and fixes the roster 69 when it is stored in the refrigerator. The aforementioned auxiliary arm 62, play angle securing means 63, and roster 69 constitute a rotation device.

Here, the opening/closing operation of the transparent door 6 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 23 to 28. Furthermore, roster 69
The explanation will be made assuming that the tip of the cam 65 points in the vertical direction when the bearing is in a steady position. FIG. 23 is a schematic diagram of the rotating device with the transparent door 6 closed, and the tip of the cam 65 in this state is rotated by an angle A (<30°C) with respect to the cam tip position in the steady state. Since it is moving, a restoring force is acting on the auxiliary arm 62 in the opposite direction to the rotation direction of the roster 69 from its normal position, which occurs when the arm is rotated by the angle A.

FIG. 24 shows a state in which the transparent door 6 is gradually opened from this state and the auxiliary arm 62 is rotated until the tip of the cam 65 returns to the normal position. The rotation angle of 62 is C (=
A). At this time, the restoring force of the Roster 69 has become zero, and since the auxiliary arm 62 can freely rotate from here, the auxiliary arm 69 at this time
The position of the center line of is called the starting point of the free arm section.

Subsequently, when the opening degree of the transparent door 6 is gradually increased, the play angle defining portion 68 gradually leaves the state where it is in contact with the left side surface of the cam 65 in FIG. 24, and the auxiliary arm 6
The rotational movement is only 2. When this rotation angle reaches angle B from the starting point of the free arm section, assuming that the center line of the arm 62 overlaps with the center line of the cam 65 in the normal position, the auxiliary arm 62
The rotation angle to the end point of the rotation of the chisel (the position of the center line of the arm 62 at this time is referred to as the end point of the free arm section) is 2B. At this time, the play angle defining portion 68 comes into contact with the right side surface of the cam 62.

From this state, if the opening degree of the transparent door 6 is further increased,
As the auxiliary arm 62 rotates, the cam 65 also rotates. By increasing the rotation angle, Rosta 69
The restoring force acting in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation from the normal position increases. That is, from the end of the free arm section to the fully open state, as the opening angle of the door 6 increases, the restoring force that acts in the direction of closing the door 6 increases, and the door 6 moves toward the stopper 27. This reduces the impact force when it hits the object.

Here, the rotation angle of the auxiliary arm 62 from the end point of the free arm section to the fully open state is E, the rotation angle from the fully open state to the fully open state is F, and the rotation angle from the fully closed state to the steady state. If G is the rotation angle from the steady state to the fully closed state, then G>H
has been selected. This means that when opening and closing the transparent door 6, the same amount of force is applied in the opening operation, which applies a force in the direction that opposes gravity, and the closing operation, which applies force in the same direction as the direction in which gravity acts. However, since the opening motion feels heavier to humans than the closing motion, it is important to make sure that the opening motion and the closing motion are approximately the same, or that the opening motion feels easier. The purpose is to make the restoring force of the Roster 69 in the fully closed state larger than the restoring force of the Roster 69 in the fully open state, and to adjust the rotation angle G so that the influence of gravity can be ignored.
and H were selected. For reference, the selected angles in this example are A=C=26°, B=18°, D
=C+2B=62°, E=76°, F=ED=14°, G
=C+B=44°H=EG=32°. FIG. 28 shows the relationship between torque and rotation angle under this condition. It is assumed that the positive direction of the torque is the same as the direction of the force applied when closing the door. In this example, when comparing the torque required for the opening operation and the torque required for the closing operation, it is clear that the torque required for the opening operation is definitely smaller. Further, the shaded portion in FIG. 28 is the torque that is reduced based on the restoring force of the rotor 69.

The present invention provides an area in which a force is applied in the direction of rotation of the door, and an area in which a force is applied in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation of the door, within the rotatable area between the fully closed state and the fully open state of the transparent door. Furthermore, by providing a free section between these two sections, where these forces do not act, the spring force does not act on the opening and closing of the door at the intermediate position of opening and closing the door, so when the door is opened or closed. This eliminates the extra effort of resisting the spring force from the midpoint. In addition, near the end point of the door between the fully open and fully closed positions, a spring force acts on the door in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation, reducing strong impact and suppressing noise and vibration. The user's safety can be ensured, and a refrigerating case that is easy to use can be provided.
