Claims (1)
- 主軸ヘツドと、この主軸ヘツドに鉛直軸線のま
わりに回転可能に支持される主軸と、前記主軸ヘ
ツドに装着され前記主軸を回転可能に支持する上
下一対のジヤーナル軸受部材と、この一体のジヤ
ーナル軸受部材の間において前記主軸ヘツドに主
軸の軸線方向に摺動可能に嵌挿され前記主軸をス
ラスト方向に支持するスラスト軸受部材とを備え
、前記下方のジヤーナル軸受部材の外周に環状の
シリンダ室を設け、このシリンダ室に前記スラス
ト軸受部材の下方に形成した環状のピストン部を
摺動可能に嵌合させ、前記上方のジヤーナル軸受
部材と前記スラスト軸受部材との間にスラスト軸
受部材を常時下方向に付勢するスプリングを配置
し、前記シリンダ室に圧油を間欠的に供給する圧
油供給手段を設けたことを特徴とするオシレーシ
ヨン機構を備えた主軸装置。
