ーの揺動操作により荷上げ、荷下しが可能である
と共に、遊転操作も可能にできながら、しかも、
従来例のように遊転用ばねとブレーキ部締付用ば
ねを用いるものに較べてその構造を極めて簡単に
できると共に、2つのばねのばね力にバラツキの
ないよう高度な精度が要求されるといつたことも
なく、その部品管理も容易に行なえるのである。
