Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 支持部材に支持され長手方向に移動自在な長尺
のプランジヤと、 通電による加熱で形状を変化し前記プランジヤ
に長手方向の推力を付与する形状記憶合金ワイヤ
と、 通電を停止したときに前記プランジヤに前記推
力とは逆方向のバイアスを付与するバイアス付与
部材とを備えたアクチユエータにおいて、 前記プランジヤの一部にラツクを設け、かつ、
該ラツクと噛合するギア体を設けるとともにこの
ギア体の中心部に主軸棒を設けて該主軸棒を主軸
支持手段で支持して出力軸としたことを特徴とす
るロータリー型アクチユエータ。
