- インピーダンスが互いに異なる測定器と被測定
物との接続時におけるインピーダンス整合を行う
インピーダンス変換アダプタであつて、前記測定
器と前記被測定物と間のインピーダンス補正を行
う複数種類の補正回路と、前記複数種類の補正回
路のうちの最適なものを選択するための選択スイ
ツチとを有することを特徴とするインピーダンス
変換アダプタ。
