Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧電素体の表面及び裏面略中央部に主電極
を、その両側に副電極を各独立して対向配備し、
前記主電極の励振電圧位相と前記副電極の励振電
圧位相とを逆位相としたことを特徴とする圧電振
動子におけるサイドローブ抑制装置。 (2) 前記主電極を前記圧電素体の略中央部を頂
点とする三角形状とし、前記副電極は主電極の各
斜辺に対向配備して形成されたことを特徴とする
請求項１記載の圧電振動子におけるサイドローブ
抑制装置。
