Claims (1)
- 薄板状のシムと、上記シムの表裏に貼合わされ
た薄板状の圧電素子とからなり、前記圧電素子の
シム貼合面側電極を長尺方向に２分割するととも
に、分極方向を逆とし、表裏圧電素子の極性方向
を揃えてバイモルフ状としたセラミツクアクチユ
エータ。
