Abstract
Description
本発明は布等のフレキシブルな素材で構成され、貨物の
周囲を包囲した状態で荷役が行われ、荷降しの際には底
部を開くことができる底開き型コンテナに関するもので
、特に、荷崩れし易い袋包装貨物、例えば、化成肥料、
ポリ塩化ビニル袋、ポリエチレンクロス袋などの荷役用
として有用な底開き型コンテナに関するものである。
(従来の技術]
従来、化成肥料等のポリ−重装入りの貨物は非常に滑り
易く、荷崩れを起こして運転手や作業員を悩ませていた
。底開きコンテナの場合も例外ではなく、内外装タイプ
で、中の貨物に内装カバーを被せて二重にしたり、ある
いはストレッチフィルムを巻いた荷崩れ防止策で対応し
ていた。
しかし内外装タイプは内装カバーと外装バンドの二つに
分かれるため、梱包及び解梱に手間ががかる欠点があり
、ストレッチフィルムは高価なフィルム費がかかり、し
かも使用後は1回で産業廃棄物として捨てる問題点を抱

【実施例】
以下図面によって本発明の実施例を詳細に説明する。
第1図は本発明の底開き型コンテナの外装部の展開時の
平面図である。第2図は内装部の胴締め布と外装部との
連結前の平面図である。
外装部(4)は貨物を積む底布(1)が左右に2分割さ
れている。底布(1)のそれぞれには前後に吊帯(2)
を設けており、ループ状の吊帯(2)は前後2本づつが
中央寄りに引き揃えられるように、それぞれが傾斜して
設けられている。左右には胴布(11)と共にループ状
の底開き帯(3)を設けている。前記吊帯(2)はクレ
ーンのフック等で吊る際に用いられ、底開きIF(3)
は貨物から底開き型コンテナを取り除いて貨物を裸にす
る際に用いられる。各底布(1)には左右へ斜め方向に
2本の連結帯(7)(7)を設けている。また、底開き
!(3)の近傍から上締めバンド(9a) (9b)も
設けている。
胴締め布(5)からなる内装部(6)の例は第2図にみ
られるが、貨物の側面周囲を拘束するための2枚のシー
トからなり、それぞれは中央部分にほぼ貨物の側面とお
なしサイズの矩形部分があり、かつ、その側面と隣接す
る側面で2枚のシートが接合される三角形部分およびそ
のための先部ファスナー(5a) (5b)とからなる
。中央寄りの前後両側P点へ底布(1)に2本設けられ
た連結帯(7) (7)の先端が縫着される0以上の外
装部(4)と内装部(6)が連結帯(7)(7)によっ
て一体化されたものは第5図にみられる。
ここで、第5〜10図によって本発明の底開き型コンテ
ナの使用方法を説明する。
先ず初めに第5図のように底開き型コンテナを拡げ、底
布(1) (1)の開口部を合わせる。このとき滑り布
(8)が設けられている場合はそれを拡げる。
次に第6図のように底布(1)又は滑り布(8)上へ貨
物を積む。ここで積む方法には下記■〜■の4種の方法
がある。
■手作業で一つ一つ積む。
■オートパレタイザーでシートパレットの上に積まれた
貨物をプッシュプルフォークを使って拡げた底開き型コ
ンテナの上に置き、シートパレットを引き抜く。
■パレットの上に積まれた貨物に底開き型コンテナの底
を上にして被せ、回転フォークで半回転(天地返し)す
る。
■ロボットを使ってコンベアから流れて来る貨物を拡げ
た底開き型コンテナ上に一つ一つ積み重ねる。
ここで第7図のように胴布(11)を起こし、胴締め布
(5)のファスナー(5a) (5b)を接合させ、
次いで底開き帯(3)の近くにある上締めバンド(9a
) (9b)を締める。 この状態で第8図のように吊
帯(2)にクレーンのフック(20)を掛け、吊り上げ
て船内等へ運ぶ。
船内へ接地すると、第9図に示したように、フック(2
0)を吊帯(2)から底開き帯(3)に掛は変えて、吊
り上げると、底開き型コンテナは先ず底布(1)が二つ
に割れて抜け、あと回りを固めた胴締め布(5)が上に
抜け、第10図に示したように貨物はそのままの姿で残
る。
第3,4図は本発明の第2実施例を示しており、第3図
は外装部の平面図、第4図は内装部の外側展開図である
。
この例では前後2本宛の吊帯(2)(2)が平行なルー
プで設けられている。内装部(6)の構造は前記実施例
と異なり、左右のものが合体すると、貨物の底面を除く
上面と側面の5面を覆ってしまうことができる。 この
胴締め布(5)の前後側面布(5C)(5c)には接合
ファスナー(12a) (12b)が一体化するために
設けられている。左右側面布(5d)(5d)の前後両
側P点へ底布(1)に2本設けられた連結帯(7)(7
)の先端が縫着される。
このような構造の場合、第11図のように、胴締め布(
5)は貨物へ被せた状態で使用される。そして、その荷
姿は第12図の通りである6荷降しの際には底布(1)
が二つに割れて抜けた後、胴締め布(5)からなる内装
部(6)が上に抜けるため、荷崩れがないのである。

本発明の底開き型コンテナは以上のように、内外装一体
型であって、従来の煩雑な梱包及び解梱作業を荷崩れな
しに簡便にし、しかも、形状をシンプル化することが可
