(b) Conventional technology First, the first conventional technology is Utility Model Publication No. 37-26279.
Publication No. 70B18 discloses that a curtain made of a thin synthetic resin film can be rolled up using the upper edge as an attachment point to cover the core at the opening/closing opening in the partial body of the cooler (heat absorbing plate) where frost adheres. The structure of a frost removal device for a refrigerator suspended in a container is shown, and the second conventional technique, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1988-1983 (70B18), describes a cooling device installed in a container, A structure of a low-temperature storage container in which this cooler is covered with a removable iron frosting plate is shown, and a third conventional technique, Publication of Utility Model Publication No. 59-2490 (F25D 21/
06) is equipped with a defrost plate made of a thermally conductive material on the inside upper part of the opening of the inner box/cooler with cooling pipes arranged on the outer surface so as to be in close contact with the upper inner surface of the inner box. In this case, the defrost plate is removably locked so that its upper part faces the insulating plate interposed between the inner box and the outer box, and the defrost plate extends from the top of the inner box to the lower part of the insulating plate. The structure of the show case is shown, which is characterized in that it is formed to cover the curtain, the frost accretion plate,
Each of the defroster plates functions as a simple defrost device and is configured to easily remove frost adhering to the periphery of the opening.

(C) Problems to be Solved by the Invention According to the first conventional technique, the lower edge of the curtain is not fixed and is a free end, so a gap is formed between it and the surface of the cooler. As stored items are put in and taken out of the cooler, the curtain sways, and cold air containing moisture enters between the cooler and the curtain from the gap. The moisture condenses on the surface of the cooler and becomes frost, and as time passes, this frost grows and the curtain becomes farther away from the surface of the cooler. In the end, the amount of frost on the surface of the cooler is greater than the amount of frost on the curtain. As a result, it became necessary to remove the frost adhering to the surface of the cooler with a defrost spatula.

Furthermore, in the second conventional technique, moisture contained in the cold air that has entered the space between the frost adhering plate and the cooler solidifies on the surface of the cooler and the back surface of the frost adhering plate, becoming frost and freezing. Therefore, the cooler and the frost-adhesive plate are connected by the frost, resulting in a situation where the frost-adhesive plate cannot be removed.

Furthermore, in the third conventional technique, if the frost attached to the defrost plate grows and freezes into ice blocks that connect the inner box and the defrost plate, the defrost plate cannot be removed. A problem arose in that it was not possible to take the product out of the refrigerator.

(F) Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. Reference numeral 1 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is a low-temperature refrigerator generally called a chest freezer. The heat insulating wall 2 and the heat insulating door 3 are connected by a hinge 4 that can freely rotate in the vertical direction. The heat insulating wall 2 has an inner box 6 which doubles as a cooler and has one side open and a cooler 5 disposed on the outer side, and an outer box 7.
, a resin breaker 8 that connects the upper edges of both the inner and outer boxes 6 and 7, and a foamed heat insulating material 9 filled in the space between the two boxes 6 and 7. The inside of the refrigerator 10 is cooled by the box 6. Note that 11 is a load line provided in the inner box 6.

12 shown in Figure 1 is a commercially available deflo S
(Product name) etc. on the inner surface of the inner box 6,
That is, it is a coating formed by applying the coating to the surface near the opening of the inside of the refrigerator and the inside surface of the breaker 8. The anti-icing material is a combination of organopolysiloxane as a base polymer and a special organic/inorganic composite compound.
On the other hand, since its structure has a hydrophilic portion within the hydrophobic matrix of silicone resin, it exhibits a unique behavior of absorbing a certain amount of water from the coating surface. This acts to increase the contact angle between the ice and the object, thereby reducing the work of adhesion and reducing the polarity of the surface of the object.

Reference numeral 13 denotes a frosting member which is removably disposed opposite to the coating 12 so as to cover the coating 12, and is made of a resin or metal plate, and has a mounting piece 14 placed on the breaker 8 at its upper end. As well as forming
A coating 15 of anti-icing material is formed on the inside surface of the refrigerator. The area inside the refrigerator of this frosting member 13 is the coating 1
2, that is, the lower end of the frosting member 13 is located above the lower end of the coating 12.

In addition, F is the surface on the inner side of the refrigerator near the opening, that is, the coating 12,
The frost that adheres to the inside of the refrigerator 15 is caused by the frost that solidifies on the inside surface of the refrigerator where moisture (humidity) contained in the outside air that enters the refrigerator interior 10 from the top opening every time the insulation door 3 is opened is cooled. It is formed by ice, and as time passes, it grows and freezes into ice blocks.

According to such a configuration, the anti-icing material coating 12,
15 increases the contact angle between the frost F and the inner box 6 and between the frost F and the frosting member 13 to weaken the adhesion of the frost F, and to change the polarity of the inner side surfaces of the inner box 6 and the frosting member 13, respectively. In order to reduce the amount of frost F, when the amount of frost F attached is small, press the tip of the defrosting spatula against the inside surface of the frosting member 13 and the inner box 6 that has been removed outside the refrigerator, and move the defrost spatula in one direction. Frost F can be removed by moving the length. In addition, the amount of frost F attached is large and the frost F becomes ice blocks, and as shown in FIG.
When the inner box 6 and the frosting member 13 are connected by the inner box 6 and the frosting member 13, the inner box can be connected by moving the frosting member 13 toward the center of the opening or further by moving the frosting member 13 downward. The frost F of 6 can be removed, and the frosted member 13
and remove it from the refrigerator. Further, while the frosting member 13 is being taken out of the refrigerator to remove the frost F adhering to it, the frost F adhering to the coating 12 of the inner box 6 is removed by operating the defrosting spatula as described above. It can be easily removed.

(G) Effects of the Invention According to the present invention described above, the coating of the anti-icing material formed on the inside surfaces of the inner box and the removable frosting member, respectively, prevents frost and the inside surfaces of the respective refrigerators. In order to increase the contact angle of the frosting material, thereby weakening the adhesion of frost and reducing the polarity of each inside surface, the amount of frost adhering to the frosting member is greater than that of the inner box. If the inner box and the frosting member are connected by a door, remove the frost from the inner box by moving the frosting member toward the center of the opening or further moving the frosting member downward. In addition, while the frosting member is taken out of the refrigerator, the frost adhering to the coating on the inner box can be removed with a defrosting spatula or the like to remove the frost adhering to the frosting member. It can be easily removed by operating the frosting member, and the time from removal to installation of the frosting member can be shortened.
