Abstract

PURPOSE:To form creases having sharp tips, irregular in the vertical and transverse directions and having a natural appearance by feeding an endless web into a milling machine and rotating the endless web through press rollers and a canal having an inlet and an outlet both having a specific aperture ratio thereof in a specific range. CONSTITUTION:An openable lid 3 is opened and a web 1 is fed into the easing 2 of a milling machine. Both the ends of the web 1 are seamed through the upper and lover rollers 5, 6 of a press roller 4, a canal main body 7 and a guide roller 16 into an endless state. An air cylinder 15 is operated to change the position of an upper canal 11 so that the aperture ratio between the inlet and outlet of the canal main body 7 is set at 1:0.8 to 1:1, and the press roller 4 is rotated to press the web 1 to form vertical creases, while the web is allowed to travel. The air cylinder 15 is again operated to change the aperture ratio of the canal main body into 1:0.1 to 1:0.3. The web 1 is again allowed to travel and the web is pressed in a state folded in the transverse direction in the canal 7 to form the creases.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, in order to apply this type of wrinkle processing to a fabric, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-5867 discloses that the fabric is held between tapered guide devices having upper and lower guide edges that engage with each other. Japanese Patent Publication No. 5,939,548 discloses an apparatus configured to apply vertical wrinkles to a fabric and then press the fabric into an intermittent wave shape to apply horizontal wrinkles. The fabric is rubbed against the rotating surface of a rubbing roller, which has protrusions spiraling in opposite directions on its outer circumferential surface, so that the width of the fabric is automatically retracted to create vertical wrinkles in the fabric.
A pair of feed rollers is used to overfeed the material between a pair of conveyors circulating at a surface speed that increases and decelerates, bending the material in the direction of travel and compounding horizontal wrinkles. A method for fixing wrinkles and horizontal wrinkles is also disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-8920, in which a fabric is folded with a plurality of folds extending substantially in the vertical direction, and the fabric folded in this way is made into a first mangle in the form of a rope. By passing the fabric through a second mangle, the longitudinal folds of the fabric are crushed to form irregular longitudinal wrinkles, and then the fabric is folded in the transverse direction and then passed through a second mangle, thereby crushing the longitudinal folds of the fabric and forming irregular longitudinal wrinkles. A wrinkle forming method has been proposed in which lateral folds are crushed to form irregular lateral wrinkles.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, all of these conventional creasing processing methods require special equipment, which inevitably leads to problems such as high processing costs and the fact that the fabric is not subjected to excessive pressure during the creasing. There is a problem in that the fabric may be significantly damaged due to the applied force.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and it is possible to create a fabric that does not damage the fabric by using a fulling machine used for boat fishing, has an acute angle at the edge of the wrinkle, and has a vertical The object of the present invention is to provide a method that can provide natural-looking wrinkles with irregular lateral wrinkles.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The above-mentioned object is a method for wrinkling by introducing and passing a rope-like fabric through a press roller and a canal body whose diameter decreases from an inlet to an outlet, When the fabric is pressed into a press roller, the aperture ratio of the inlet part and the outlet part is 1:0.8~l
: A step of passing the fabric through the canal body of I and crushing it with a press roller to form vertical wrinkles, and a process in which the fabric is passed through the canal body of the press roller and the diameter ratio of the inlet part and the outlet part is 1:0.
Wrinkling of the fabric is achieved by a processing method characterized by comprising the step of passing through a canal body of 1 to 1:0, 3 and pressing with the canal body to form horizontal wrinkles. .

(Function) In the present invention, the rope-like fabric is introduced and passed through the press roller and the center body with a diameter ratio of the inlet and outlet portions of I: 0.8 to 110, so that it is not crushed by the press roller. , irregular wrinkles are formed. In addition, since the rope-like fabric is passed through the press roller and the canal body with an aperture ratio of 1:0.1 to In 0.3 between the inlet and outlet, the rope-like fabric passes through the narrow part of the canal body. At the same time, the fabric is also pressed in a folded state in the lateral direction, and this pressing force causes lateral wrinkles to be formed in the fabric.

With a fabric capacity of 200 m, the fabric is first introduced and passed twice through a canal body with a diameter ratio of 1:1 between the inlet and outlet to create vertical wrinkles in the fabric, and then passed through the press roller and the canal body with a diameter ratio of 1:1. The fabric was introduced and passed three times through a canal body with an outlet diameter ratio of 1:0.15 to cause horizontal wrinkles in the fabric, and was then passed through a press roller and a canal body with an inlet to outlet diameter ratio of 1:1. The fabric was passed through several times to cause vertical wrinkles.
