は複数のコネクタ5が挿入される保持孔8が形成
され、保持孔8には保持孔8の巾方向の一端から
他端に向かつてコネクタ5を押圧する押さえ部材
9が配設され、保持孔8内においてコネクタ5が
保持孔8の一側壁と押さえ部材9との間で挟持さ
れて成ることを特徴とするものである。

はハウジング1の一面を閉塞する蓋板である。こ
のようにして構成されるコネクタ5としては挿入
口3の数が異なる各種のものが用意されており、
第1図に示すように、挿入口3の数が異なるコネ
クタ5では挿入口3の口軸方向に略直交する一方
向の辺の長さのみが異なるように形成されてい
る。したがつて、複数のコネクタ5を長さの異な
る辺の走る方向に沿つて一直線上に並べたときに
コネクタ5の側面が略面一に並ぶようになつてい
る。コネクタ5は基台6上に配設されるものであ
つて、基台6は細長形の胴部の両端にそれぞれ下
方に向かつて略L字形の脚部が延設された形状に
形成され、胴部の上面には保持孔8が上方に向か
つて開放されている。保持孔8の巾は上記コネク
タ5の1辺よりも大きく形成され、複数のコネク
タ5が保持孔8内に収容できるように細長形に開
口している。基台6の胴部の巾方向の一側壁には
第2図に示すように、押さえねじ13が挿入さ
れ、押さえねじ13の先端部は保持孔8内に突出
している。保持孔8内に突出する押さえねじ13
の一端部には押さえ板14が配設され、押さえね
じ13と押さえ板14とによつて押さえ部材9が
構成されている。ここにおいて、押さえねじ13
が回動するとその回動に応じて押さえ板14が保
持孔8内で巾方向に進退するようになつている。
したがつて、コネクタ5を保持孔8内に挿入した
状態で押さえねじ13を回動させれば、コネクタ
5を押さええ板14と保持孔8の一側壁との間に
挟持できるものである。このようにして複数のコ
ネクタ5を基台6の所望の位置に固定できるもの
であり、端子数、すなわち挿入口3の数が異なる
複数のコネクタ5を一つの基台6上に配設するこ
とによつて所望の端子数を有したジヨイントボツ
クスを構成することができるものである。基台6
には胴部の両端部にそれぞれ係合孔15を備えた
連結突起16が突設され、この係合孔15には基
台6の胴部上面よりも大きな面積で下面が開口し
たカバー7の下端縁から延出する係合片17が挿
入される。係合片17の下端部には引掛部18が
形成され、この引掛部18が係合孔15の周縁に
係合する。基台6の脚部には長孔状の取付孔19
が形成され、この取付孔19を通してねじのよう
な固定具を挿入することにより、基台6が壁など
に固定される。取付孔19は基台6の巾方向に細
長い長孔となつているから、基台6を壁などに取
り付ける際に位置調節が可能となつている。上述
の例においては基台6の上面にコネクタ5が収容
した例を示したが、保持孔8を基台6の側方に開
放したものであつても同様の効果を奏することが
