間にエンジン回転に制動力を付与するためのリタ
ーダを介装し、リターダとトランスミツシヨンの
間に前記クラツチを、エンジンとリターダの間に
該クラツチとは別のクラツチを介装し、前記クラ
ツチ接続前に前記シンクロ状態を監視して前記リ
ターダの作動を制御するリターダ制御手段を備え
