(Prior Art) Conventionally, in structures such as buildings or living quarters on ships, a method has been adopted in which ceiling panels are suspended from the ceiling base. The construction method is
A groove is formed horizontally at the end of the ceiling board, and an H
The upper flanges of the H-bars can be suspended from the ceiling base by fitting the lower flanges of the bars to connect the ceiling panels one after another, or the other end of the ceiling panels connected by the H-bars can be connected to the ceiling. There is a construction method (generally called the semi-concealed construction method) in which the construction is carried out by placing it on the flange of a T-bar suspended from the foundation (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-26750). These methods are also referred to as H-bar construction methods because the ends of the ceiling panels are connected through the flange portions of the H-bars.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, if a ceiling board is damaged or destroyed by impact or the like, it is necessary to remove the damaged ceiling board and install a new ceiling board. In that case, according to the ceiling structure described above, the flanges of the H-bar protrude around the removed portion where the ceiling board has been removed, and it is extremely difficult to fit the flanges of the H bar into the grooves at both ends of the ceiling board. Therefore, in the past, it was necessary to perform the troublesome work of sequentially removing the ceiling panels from the end of the ceiling to the damaged part, replacing the damaged part, and restoring the rest.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the solving means of the present invention is a ceiling plate in which grooves are formed at both ends of the lower flanges of a plurality of parallel H bars. For an existing ceiling structure in which ceiling panels are successively connected to each other by fitting recessed grooves, only a desired portion of the ceiling panels in the existing ceiling structure is removed to form a ceiling panel removal section. Thereafter, between the H-bars around the ceiling plate removal section, a receiving metal fitting having engaging pieces formed at both ends is engaged with the upper flange of the H-bar to maintain a constant spacing between the H-bars. Strap it around and fix it so that it stays in place. Next, a new ceiling board, or a decorative panel or lighting fixture of the same size as the ceiling board, is fixed to the receiving metal fitting, thereby installing it in the ceiling board removed section.

(Function) As a result, in the present invention, the spacing between the H bars around the ceiling board removal part is maintained constant by the receiving metal fittings that are fixed across the H bars around the ceiling board removal part. A new ceiling plate or the like can be easily fixed to the receiving fitting without removing the ceiling plate other than the part to be replaced, and it is only necessary to replace the ceiling plate in the part to be replaced. Furthermore, during replacement, by maintaining the spacing between the H-bars using the above-mentioned receiving metal fittings, ceiling panels other than the replacement part are prevented from falling off the lower flange of the H-bar, which improves the efficiency of the replacement work. Safety will also be ensured.

Figure 2 shows a ceiling structure constructed using the H-bar construction method, in which 1 is a T-bar supported by a slab of a building or other structure or a decking material (not shown) in a living area on a ship. Then, the T-bar 1
A plurality of these are arranged in parallel in one direction (horizontal direction in the figure). Reference numeral 2 denotes a plurality of H bars arranged in parallel at regular intervals (corresponding to the width of the ceiling board 4 described later) in a direction perpendicular to the T bars 1 between the T bars 1 arranged in parallel. Each has an upper flange 2a projecting to both sides at the upper end and a lower flange 2b projecting to both sides at the lower end. Reference numeral 4 denotes a ceiling plate, and lower flanges 2 of the H bar 2 are attached to both ends of the ceiling plate 4 in one direction.
A recessed groove 4a into which the H bar 2 can be fitted is formed in the ceiling plate 4, and the lower flange 2b of the H bar 2 is fitted into the recessed groove 4a, so that the ceiling plates 4, 4 are successively connected. The ends of the ceiling plates 4, 4 in the other direction are placed on the flange 1a of the ceiling plate 1, thereby constructing a ceiling surface. In the above ceiling structure, if the T-bar 1 is in a narrow space such as a living quarters in a ship, the T-bar 1 may be an upper rail member having a cross-section (hat-shape) attached to the upper end of a wall panel.
Furthermore, in order to increase the installation strength of the ceiling board,
The upper flange 2a of the bar 2 may be suspended from a ceiling base or the like.

In such a ceiling structure, if a part of the ceiling board 4 is damaged and needs to be replaced, as shown in Figure 1, a part of the ceiling board 4 with a width approximately equal to the spacing between the H bars 2, 2 is replaced. Then, a receiving metal fitting 7 having a gutter-shaped cross section and having engaging pieces 7a, 7a that can be engaged with the upper flange 2a of the H-bar 2 at both ends thereof is prepared.

Next, place an appropriate number of the above-mentioned receiving metal fittings 7 between the H bars 2, 2 around the part where the ceiling board has been removed, and
Each of the engaging pieces 7a is engaged with the upper flange 2a of the H bar 2 and fixed across the H bar 2. This fixation is carried out by fixing the presser metal fitting 8 to the engagement piece 7a with screws 9 to clamp the upper flange 2a. This fixation prevents the receiving metal fitting 7 from coming off upward.
Further, the distance between the H bars 2, 2 is maintained constant.
