ている。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the above-mentioned conventional noodle transfer and conveyance device, since the noodle transfer conveyor 3 conveys the noodles in a semicircular shape, one end of the noodle rod is located on the inside, while the other end on the outside is Since the end side moves a lot, the moving distance between one end side and the other end side of the noodle rod is different, and the noodle rod is conveyed obliquely on the horizontal plane, so there is a difference between the transfer conveyor 2 and the transfer conveyor 3. During the transfer, the noodle rods may come off and fall, and the spacing between the noodle rods tends to become uneven.Furthermore, since the transfer conveyor 3 is arranged in a substantially semicircular shape on a plane, the noodle rods are arranged in parallel. The problem is that the installation area of the transfer conveyor 3 located at the carry-in end and the carry-out end of the conveyor 2 is large. Furthermore, in the conventional transfer conveyance device, for example, when the drying chamber 1 is partitioned into a preliminary drying chamber 4, a main drying chamber 5, and a finishing drying chamber 6 as shown in FIG.
There are partition walls 7 and 8 between each drying room 4 and 6.
In order to maintain a constant interval between the adjacent transport conveyors 2 between the partition walls 7 and 8, the transport conveyors 2 are too close to the partition walls 7 and 8, making the design difficult.

振動が少なく、落下されるおそれがない。 When the noodle rod 17, which suspends and supports the noodles, is supported at both ends by the transport conveyor 18 and transferred to the delivery side, the engaging portion 37 is engaged with the upwardly inclined guide surface portion 38 by the drive of the chain 26, and the noodle rod 17 is supported at both ends by the conveyor 18 and is moved to the output side by the drive of the chain 26. The shaft 33 is rotated, and the support arm 35 is raised horizontally and moved upward from below the discharge end of the conveyor 18. At this time, the support shaft 33 is always held in a horizontal state by a weight 34. Then, by driving the chain 36, the conveyor 18 is moved by the pair of support arms 35.
The noodle rod 17 conveyed is scooped up from the lower side to the upper side at both ends, and the engaging portion 37 of the support shaft 33 comes into contact with the vertical guide surface portion 39 from the upwardly inclined guide surface portion 38 due to the drive of the chain 26. The noodle rod 17 is then tilted upward, and the noodle rod 17 is positioned and held in the engagement recess 42 of the support arm 35 and transferred. Further, the chain 26 continues to be driven, and the noodle rod 17 is moved upwardly while being held in a horizontal state by the horizontal guide surface section 40, and further moved horizontally from the highest position, and further moved downward to be carried into the conveyor 18 on the downstream side. At this time, the engaging portion 37 of the support shaft 33 is engaged with the downwardly inclined guide surface portion 41 that is continuous with the horizontal guide surface portion 40 of the guide surface 36, and the pair of support arms 35 are sequentially inclined downward,
The noodle rods 17 are transferred onto the transport conveyor 18 at the carry-in end of the transport conveyor 18 on the downstream side. After the pair of support arms 35 transfer the noodle rod 17, the engaging portion 37 is disengaged from the guide surface 36, and the support shaft 33 is tilted downward by the weight of the support arms 35. Such operations are sequentially repeated by driving the chain 26,
The paper is transferred from the delivery end of the upstream transport conveyor 18 to the delivery end of the downstream transport conveyor 18. During transfer, the noodle rods 17 are vertically moved upward from the delivery end of the upstream transport conveyor 18 to the delivery end of the downstream transport conveyor 18. and support arm 3
Since the support shaft 31 that supports the noodle rod 17 is aligned with the center of rotation of the sprocket 27, even when the chain 26 is driven, the noodle rod 17 is not supported at the transfer direction conversion section between the vertical transfer section 23 and the horizontal transfer section 24. The shaft 31 is in a stopped state, the support arm 35 is also stopped, and is not moved when changing the transfer direction, so that the noodle rod 17 has little vibration and is not likely to fall.

According to the present invention, the mechanism for transferring the noodle rods from the output end of the parallel conveyor to the input end of the adjacent conveyor transfers the noodle rods while moving them up and down along the vertical plane. The noodle rods can be transferred one after another at predetermined intervals that match the transport speed of the conveyor, and since the noodle rods are transferred one by one, there is no accident of the noodle rods falling, and the support arm of the noodle rods can be moved using a chain. By locating the support shaft on which the support arm is attached to the rotation center of this chain's sprocket on the same axis, the support arm temporarily stops at the direction change part, reducing vibration and reliably preventing the noodle rod from falling. Therefore, stable transfer is possible, the installation area of the transfer mechanism can be reduced, and the interval between adjacent conveyors can be adjusted relatively easily.
