Claims (1)
- 真空外囲器の一部に排気穴を設け該排気穴を封
止蓋にて封止する構造の蛍光表示管において、前
記封止蓋が前記排気穴を塞ぐ第１の金属蓋と、該
第１の金属蓋を被覆し前記真空外囲器に封着する
低融点ガラスと、該低融点ガラスを保持する第２
の金属蓋との三重構造によつて形成されているこ
とを特徴とする蛍光表示管。
