- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 背面電極上に絶縁層を介して発光層と透明電極
とを積層しかつ両電極より外部に導出するリード
端子を備えてなる発光部の上下から保護フイルム
を熱圧着により密封してなるＥＬ発光素子におい
て、 前記リード端子のうち少なくとも前記熱圧着部
分をプラスチツクフイルムで挾着してなるＥＬ発
光素子。
