Claims (1)
- 発光面である透明電極と対向電極との間に少な
くとも発光層を挟持し、両電極にリード端子を接
続した素子本体の片面上あるいは両面上に吸湿層
が設けられ、更に外装材で封止されてなる分散型
ＥＬ素子において、少なくとも各電極と積層する
両側のリード端子との接続により盛り上がつた部
分に重なる吸湿層部分を切り欠いてなり、有効発
光面部分には吸湿層が設けられていることを特徴
とする分散型ＥＬ素子。
