Claims (1)
- コンデンサ素子本体の陽極線と陰極層に夫々接
続された銅又は銅系材料の電極引出端子を有し、
前記端子の外部引出部分を除いて外装樹脂で被覆
したコンデンサにおいて、電極引出端子のうち少
くとも陰極層に接続される陰極引出端子は表面に
錫メツキ層を形成したのち２００℃以上の温度で
加熱処理を施したものを用い、且つ陰極層とは導
電性接着剤で接続されていることを特徴とする固
体電解コンデンサ。
