である。 図において、１，１２，１４…リードフレーム
陽極部、２…モールド樹脂、３…タンタルワイヤ
ー、４…コンデンサ素子、５…導電性樹脂、６…
外装樹脂、７…半田、１１，１３，１５…リード
フレーム陰極部。

Claims (1)
- タンタルワイヤーを植立したタンタル焼結体を
陽極とし、前記タンタル焼結体の表面に酸化膜、
固体電解質層および銀ペースト層を順次形成して
成るコンデンサ素子に対応して、所定のリードフ
レーム陽極部およびリードフレーム陰極部を外部
端子とし、モールド樹脂により外装されて構成さ
れるチツプ型固体電解コンデンサにおいて、片面
が導電性樹脂を介して前記コンデンサ素子に接続
され、前記片面に対応する他方の面が前記モール
ド樹脂の外部に露出されて形成されるリードフレ
ーム陰極部を備えることを特徴とするチツプ型固
体電解コンデンサ。
