記封止部材が酸化鉛５０．０乃至６５．０重量％
、酸化ホウ素５．０乃至１５．０重量％に、フイ
ラーとしてジルコン５．０乃至１０．０重量％及
びウイレマイト１５．０乃至２５．０重量％を含
有させたガラスから成ることを特徴とする圧電振
