Claims (1)
- 圧電振動子の電極を外部電気回路に接続するた
めのメタライズ配線層を有する絶縁基体と蓋体と
から成り、絶縁基体に蓋体を封止部材を介し接合
させることによつて内部に圧電振動子を封入する
ようになした圧電振動子収納用容器において、前
記封止部材が酸化鉛５０．０乃至７０．０重量％
、酸化ホウ素５．０乃至１５．０重量％、酸化亜
鉛０．５乃至１５．０重量％に、フイラーとして
コージライト５．０乃至１５．０重量％及びチタ
ン酸錫１０．０乃至２０．０重量％を含有させた
ガラスから成ることを特徴とする圧電振動子収納
用容器。
