整形装置を示す正面断面図、第２図は従来技術に
係るレーザ用ビーム整形装置を示す説明図、第３
図は従来技術に係る他のレーザ用ビーム整形装置
を示す説明図である。 図面中、１は光フアイバ、２はハウジング、３
はフアイバ保持部品、４はフアイバ保持部品固定
用部品、５は矩形導波管保持・調整部品、８は軸
ずれ調整用ネジ、９，１０はたおれ調整用ネジ、
１１は水冷用パイプ、１２は位置調整用ネジ、１
３は結像光学系保持部品、１４は結像光学系であ
る。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光フアイバで伝送してきたレーザ光を矩形導波
管に入射し、矩形導波管内を多重反射させること
によつてビームの強度分布を矩形の均一強度分布
にするレーザ用ビーム整形装置において、 レーザ光が直接矩形導波管に入射するよう光フ
アイバの一端面と矩形導波管の一端面とを当接さ
せて接合するとともに、矩形導波管により均一化
されたビームを適当な倍率に拡大・縮小する光学
系及び矩形導波管の軸ずれ・たおれ調整装置を有
することを特徴とするレーザ用ビーム整形装置。
