Claims (1)
- 分割金型の固定型と結合されて用いられる射出
成形機であつて、該固定型のゲート孔に連通され
る吐出口と、該吐出口を通して成形材料を金型キ
ヤビテイ内に供給する射出室と、該成形材料を該
射出室に供給する原料供給部と、該射出室に摺動
自在に配置され前進により成形材料を該吐出口か
らゲート孔を介して金型キヤビテイ内に注入し後
退により成形材料を該原料供給部から該射出室へ
導入する計量ピストンと、該計量ピストンと摺接
しかつ該計量ピストンとは独立して移動し該吐出
口およびゲート孔内を摺動自在に移動して吐出口
を開閉すると共に金型キヤビテイ内に注入された
成形材料を押切り保圧する押切りロツドと、から
構成されていることを特徴とする射出成形機。
