Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本発明は電子機器のスイツチ部に使用する接点
ゴムにおいて、キートツプを一体成形するタイプ
の導通部形成方法に関するものである。
[従来の技術] 従来のキートツプ一体型の接点ゴムの導通部は
絶縁ゴム部に単に導電ゴム部を加硫接着するか、
あるいは導電インクのみを印刷することにより作
製されている。
[発明が解決しようとする問題点] キートツプ一体型の接点ゴムはキートツプ部を
指でプツシユしてキー操作するが、この時指の油
等の物質がキー面に付着する。その後この油は接
点ゴム内に吸着され、長期間使用することによ
り、この吸着された油が導通部にまで浸透し、つ
いには導通部の抵抗を変化させてしまつたり、あ
るいは不導通にしてしまつたりすることがある。
[問題を解決するための手段] そこで本発明は、導通部と絶縁ゴム部との間に
耐油性層を形成することにより、油等の吸着物が
導通部へ浸透するのを遮断する構造としたもので
ある。
[実施例] まず導通部のないドーム状の接点ゴムのキート
ツプ部1を絶縁ゴムにて成形し、その裏面中央の
導通部となる箇所にまず耐油性インク2、例えば
シリコン系の生ゴムからの誘導物(シロキ酸ポリ
マー主鎖にハロゲンや有機物をグラフト重合させ
た化合物等)を印刷し、さらにその耐油層の表面
に導電インク3を印刷する。
[発明の効果] このような方法で形成される導電部を、キート
ツプ一体型の接点ゴムに用いることにより、キー
トツプ絶縁ゴム部からの付着物の浸透は耐油性層
で完全に遮断され、それ以上さらに浸透するおそ
れがなくなり、また厳しい外部条件、例えば油の
飛散する工場内、調理場所等においても機器の導
通部を守ることができるので接点ゴムが安定した
ものとして用いられ信頼性が向上し用途が拡大す
る。

図は接点ゴムの断面を示す。 1……キートツプ部絶縁ゴム、2……耐油性
層、3……導電インク。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 1 接点ゴムキートツプ部を絶縁ゴムにて成形
    し、この絶縁部の導通部となる部位に耐油性イン
    クを印刷して耐油層を形成し、さらにこの耐油層
    の表面に導通インクを印刷する工程からなる接点
    ゴム導通部の形成法。
