Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野１ 本発明は電子機器のスイッチ部に使用する接点ゴムにお
いて、キートップを一体成形するタイプの導通部形成方
法に関するものである。
［従来の技術］ 従来のキートップ一体型の接点ゴムの導通部は絶縁ゴム
部に単に導電ゴム部を加硫接着するか、あるいは導電イ
ンクのみを印刷することにより作製されている。
［発明が解決しようとする問題点コ キートツブ一体型の接点ゴムはキートップ部を指でブツ
シュしてキー操作するが、この時指の油等の物質がキー
面に付着する。その後この油は接点ゴム内に吸着され、
長期間使用することにより、この吸着された油が導通部
にまで浸透し、ついには導通部の抵抗を変化させてしま
ったり、あるいは不導通にしてしまったりすることがあ
る。
［問題を解決するための手段］ そこで本発明は、導通部と絶縁ゴム部との間に耐油性層
を形成することにより、油等の吸着物が導通部へ浸透す
るのを遮断する構造としたものである。
し実施例］ まず導通部のないドーム状の接点ゴムのキートップ部１
を絶縁ゴムにて成形し、その裏面中央の導通部となる箇
所にまず耐油性インク２、例えばシリコン系の生ゴムか
らの誘導物（シロキ酸ポリマー主鎮にハロゲンや有機物
をグラフト重合させた化合物等）を印刷し、さらにその
耐油層の表面に導電インク３を印刷する。
［発明の効果］ このような方法で形成される導電部を、キートップ一体
型の接点ゴムに用いることにより、キートップ絶縁ゴム
部からの付着物の浸透は耐油性層で完全に遮断され、そ
れ以上さらに浸透するおそれがなくなり、また厳しい外
部条件、例えば油の飛散する工場内、調理場所等におい
ても機器の導通部を守ることができるので接点ゴムが安
定したものとして用いられ信頼性が向上し用途が拡大す
る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 接点ゴムキートップ部を絶縁ゴムにて成形し、この絶縁
    部の導通部となる部位に耐油性インクを印刷して耐油層
    を形成し、さらにこの耐油層の表面に導電インクを印刷
    する工程からなる接点ゴム導通部の形成法。
